Default Partial Seizure of Dhoom YD-70 Engine

    hi
a couple of weeks ago.. i wanted to upgrade my dhoomm 70cc engine to a bigger engine of 110cc.. i removed the old engine to my surprise its piston was showing signs of what one would call partial seizure.. it has only done approx 25000 km.. oil has been changed regularly at instance ranging between 1000 km to 1500 km .. mostly it would have been at 1200 km...

Partial Seizure of Dhoom YD-70 Engine -288996

Partial Seizure of Dhoom YD-70 Engine -288997

this sort a seizure results from engine over heat,, an issue which is present in dhoom bike since day one,,

One of the most difficult things in the world is to know how to do something, and to watch without comment, somebody else do it incorrectly.

Hmm... but now onwards u shud better change oil at 1000Kms sharp! Theory says change at 2000Kms but here the oil isnt always original plus we never get good quality parts and maintenece here! Every thing is quality cut, price up! lol!
