one thing buddy jets are the most sensitive parts,
failing to use a proper number of jet may burn ur piston,, e.g hondas manual recomends to go down by 2 number of jets if going on high elevation and then return to previous when not on that elevation,, if standard i 72 on normal elevation (at sea level) then u would use 70 at 1500-2000 m sea elevation.

though there is a very small number of differnece bewtween the jets but it has pronounced effect on engine,, i would reco, mend properly diagonosing ur carb jets,

i have changed the rear sprocket only original is 37teeth (i think) i used 33teeths. but right after doing so i changed it back to the original.as there was huge power lag in mid range RPM.same goes with the silencer i removed the silencer Raced it and then but the silencer back on.
rather than using a smaller sprocket i prefer to remove the silencer. acceleration was OWSUM!! it was behaving like a shogun

    what about parts and mechanics?
in karachi i have seen many sprinter but janoon are hard to bee seen.
and on time i have took on janoon on a street race he left a large margin because of the acceleration but i cought up to him and then passed him because of top speed.i and
i think if it was a planed qater mile race janoon would have won it.
or sprinter bearly have won it by inch or 2.
its all because of extra weight.
my sprinter weigh 105 kg alone. (weighted it from kabarhi) :p

junoon has costly parts and body damage can b more than sprinter in case of accident...sprinter has very sound and powerful engine and is a 110 cc bike...so no comparison with 100 cc junoon technically...

    Congratulations man!
I have used Sprinter 110cc since Nov 2009 till Oct 2011. I am a heavy man, weigh more than 130kg. Sprinter is very reliable and tough bike. It never let me down whether it were raining cats and dogs, or it were 50 degree c hot summer day, the bike just kept going on and on.
Its metal is rugged and tough indeed.

Wish you all the best with your new bike.

Even 110km/h is unreal. Its meter is ACL made (as I have mentioned in many past posts as well). ACL made meters show false speed especially above 60kmph.
Bridge utar tey huay 110 jo show hoti hay, asal main wo 90 k around hoti hay. For confirmation, you can compare your meter with any Honda Civic digital meter. Jab Civic 40 show ker ri ho gi, Sprinter 60 show ker ri ho gi. Same is case with DYL Junoon and other bikes that use ACL meters.

I don't know if there is a meter calibration service available to public or not, otherwise every motorcycle manufacturer has a Dyno Test Bed where they can (but usually do not) test the Odometer (Speedometer) reading and Brake Horse Power of motorcycles before delivery.
