Default Do not use MICKING oil

A few months back I had to change the oil in my FZR. Previously I have used Total 20W50, Shell20W50, Zic5W40 in my bike. Both Total and Shell have worked great. ZIC is good for cars but not for bikes. Last time when I had to buy the oil I asked the shopkeeper for Total oil which he didn't have. Rather he suggested me to go for MICKING 20W50, saying that when I use this one I shall forget the other oils. So I bought it...... complete waste of money. The engine didn't give a good feel and even with the cold engine gave a feeling like it had got extremely hot.

I had hardly driven the bike for 100km with that oil and decided to change the oil, engine is more precious than oil. Today I bought Havoline 20W50 for the first time, and let me tell you that this oil is a killer. All of a sudden the engine had retained its old smooth feel, throttle gave a very good response and the engine had much lighter feel.

Havoline is the best one I have used so far. I suggest you guys also try it, avoid ZIC and MICKING.

    Ride safe.

dear members may i share information regarding formulation of lubriacnts
All oil use basically mineral based plain oil as base which is further distributed as per quaility ranking in lubricant formulation
HVI high viscosity index base oils
    MVI medium " " "
    LVI low " " " "
done petroleum material research being my engineering subject and visited all oil refinaries plus lubricant production facilities of all oil marketing companies plus few karachi based companies.Factually speaking its on Caltex in Pakistan who are importing HVI based mineral oil for their lubricant formulation
few prominent chemical additives are added like detergent agents plus corrosion inhibitors, heat resistors(lab names are different) etc
since then using Caltex Havoline but beaware of fact that since caltex delo gold and havoline is most popular with commerical transport owners and due acceptibility FAKE havoline is also marketed by few people so pl be 100% sure about the shop you are buying your oil is selling actual oil
i am brand user and by no means associated to caltex by any way
moreover be mindful if using 5W30 or 10w30 in older cars run over 150000km
secondly its practically tested 100% that no oil available ZIC or Havoline be used more than 3000km if you are keeping your car for long time and love your ride
now i know in reply there would be 500 replies that some member using it over 5000km for his Altis or VTI for last five years nothing happen ,tec reply would be how many toyota or honda engines will run plus 200000 km without engine repairs whereas these engines are designed to run well over 300000 km without engine major repairs

castrol GTX 20w50 is ok for most bikes however with 70cc have found that in winters cranking sound seems its thick go for havoline in winters 10w 30 etc, another good option is that kick start helps you to circulate oil inthe system make sure in winters give 2 to 3 without ignition cranking kicks will save you from starting wear friction
