Going Clock wise will rich the Mixture ( mean more Fuel) & Counter clock wise rotation will lean the mixture (Low Fuel) but Dont try to disturb setting ur self or even if u do dont try to adjust +/- 90 Degrees.

Seems u have rich Fuel setting Do u remember exactly wat direction u set the screw?
Try to Move CCW for 90 Degree & observe the performance. U may go till 180 deg but if u cudnt got desire results than consult some good Suzuki Mechanic coz the Carb of Sprinter is quite efficient as well as difficult to adjust.

Ok Then try to Unscrew (CCW) initialy with 90 Deg steps & wen u find desire results then fine tune it by +/- 45 Deg. Keep in mind u must run ur Bike 4~5 Km after every change to keenly observe the perfromance.
