Default Getting more bright light from bikes headlight ?

    hi
i m not satisfied with my stock headlight , (doom70) i want to increase the amount of light ?,so without using HID what r the options?

i was thinking to fix some high power LED's in it,instead of the incadesnt lamp, but i could only get 1 watt led , could
not get any brighter ,, so has anyone done this ?

also i need answers to following questions,
what is the amount of power generated by the 70s generator?
does the generator generates a seperate power for lightening and sparkplug?
is it possible to install a 125 generator in it?

currently my reflector is of Stanley, and bulp too of stanley

Every type of led’s are available at college road rawalpindi….. the led’s we are talking about are known as Laser LED’s in local market…
Led;s are avalible but some shops are selling them too costly then their original prices….!
Like (saeed electronics, shaheen market, college road rawalpindi) are selling too costly….
    5 watt led rs400/-
    10watt led rs600/-
    20 watt led rs1500/-
    50watt led rs3000/-
    100watt led rs7000/-

    And some are reasonable
Like (hafiz electronics, shaheen market, college road rawalpindi) …… but they have only up to10watt… but u can place an order to(Hafiz electronics) for higher watt led’s and they will give u in reasonable prices…
    10 watt rs100/-

But there are many shops to explore and hope u will get them in reasonable price..
(Personal experience) …hafiz electronics have reasonable prices for almost every type of electronics components….

Zindagi 300 km se age shuru hoti he..........

asjdsm: You can see the difference between these two lamps stock is a crystal and after-market is simple.. this is the reason HID doesn't produce good light in after-market lamps.

We tried to use 12v 25w bulb in 86 model CD without electrifier, but it got fused because of overload. So basically, it is producing more than required current anyway, then why bulb still dim???

Brother, you can consult with a good electrician as there are many factors affecting the light i.e.

    1. Wiring(imported/local)
    2. Battery(new/old/atlas/exide/national)
    3. Switches
    4. Cable joints(leaking current/proper/improper)
    5. Thimbles applied or not to join two cables
    6. Rectifier condition
    7. Plug(NGK/HERO) with or wothout resistance
    8. Quality of battery charger etc
