Default Help needed regarding engine oil leak

    Hello all you guys

I have just noted some oil leak from my bike's engine, engine is sealed and never opened before. The leak was near the engine seal so I am bit suspicions and worried. So all you knowledgeable guys please suggest and advise me what to do. If in case I change the engine's gasket will that will affect my bikes resale value and how much its going to cost?

if the leak is from the left side, then those are very cheaply and easily replaceable. new ones will cost rs.120 for genuine and cheaper for local. fitting will cost around rs.50.
when they will open the left side, you will see the magnet. the mechnaic will remove the magnet and behind it are the seals that have most probably leaked. the new seals will probably come in a set (of i think 5 or 7 seals) and the mechanic will change them all. it is not a very big thing and will not affect your re sale value AT ALL

if your engine oil is leaking from Kick seal, then get a new seal for kick. cost of 70cc kick seal is around 25 to 30 Rs. no idea about sprinter kick seal price.

and Welcome to Pakwheels Enjoy your stay.

One more question to all knowledgeable guys is that when my bike's engine is hot one extra noise like 'tic tic' starts to increase and becomes quite noticeable, is it common in all Suzuki sprinters or some tappet adjustment will fix it?
