    Default Feul Tank Problem

    Hi fellas and salam

I have Unique UD-70 2011. I am facing a disturbing problem now a days. My bike some times suddenly stops after some jerks as petrol finished whereas i have always 2-3 liters of petrol in my bike. I have to open fuel tank cap for a while then my bike starts and run otherwise no luck.

I am actually not expert in bike thingy so is the problem related to air flow or what? what should be done to get rid of this problem?

    Thanks for your help!

    Jazak Allah

    Same $hit, different day.

I was same problem with my Honda CD70 some time ago, specially when i wash my bike. The solution is that, there will be a rubber o-ring in the cap (open all the cap from its screws), cut some piece from that o-ring (approx. 3-4mm) and assemble the cap again. I will solve your problem, but i don't know that Unique oil cap is exactly as Honda CD70.

It happens in the case of After mart Fuel Tanks because many of Shop keepers take old Fuel Tanks get it painted and sell it as NEW ONES.
