    Red face Need some help

    So here is the news
I got my hands on a brand new cg-125
This is my first time that I have bought a bike so I,ll be needing some advices
I wanted to use high octane during the running period of my bike but every second person including mechanics have discouraged me
they say that high octane is for high performance engines and it will ruin the engine of my new bike as it is very dry
I want to know that is this true because another friend who is a rider says that he has been using high octane in his honda cd-70 by mixing it in petrol and he is happy and his bike is running smoothly?
expert opinion with solid reason is required from pakwhelers
    waiting for response
    thankyou

    1. You can modify your speed-o-meter by installing high quality LED's

    2. No matter which oil you use make sure that its properly sealed.

    3. Depends on your geographic location where you use bike, When i was in Quetta i was using Havoline and worked fine for me, But when i came to lasbela there's chan chan sound from engine, i changed oil and shifted to GTX and works fine now. LAsbela is humid and quetta is dry

    4. Oil that we get with bike are always crappy

This sounds like a good idea. next time I will buy the oil myself from petrol pump as this time the mechanic had variety of castrol, caltex and atlas honda genuine oil(which is the most bekaar oil).
he said caltex is good so I got it upon his reccomendation.

I am using the same oil but the engine is producing strange kind of sounds so I was thinking of switching to another oil.

    Sounds legitimate!
I will check into this matter. thankyou for the valuable suggestions and tips.

Sidenote: the statement in your signature seems quite interesting, cg-125 is a nice bike but r1 and other mentioned bikes belong to racing category, how you still like cg-125 after having all these bikes?
