    Default Disc mechanic

I have Suzuki SD 110 with alloy rims and disk brakes.

It has developed a problem of overheating disk pads and wheel almost jams. I consulted couple of mechanics including at Suzuki service center who changed pads, did service of disk mechanism but it does not seem to help.

Looking for an expert disc mechanic in lahore...

Check the alignment/straightness of the rim as well as the disc. Any recent case of the bike hitting a bad bump, hole or been run on a severely messed up road?

Was the master cylinder serviced as well? If not, could be the piston, spring or seals acting up and not releasing the piston in a timely manner. Or simply be another case of dirt plugging up the internals. Or any/all of the three pitted to a point of no return. In which case, a brand new rebuild kit for both, the caliper and the master cylinder should help bring it back within acceptable wear limits.

You want the whole system to be clean, and when I say clean I mean religiously clean. The aluminum needs to sparkle like a freshly polished goree, the small teacups the pistons ride in, clean!
