    Lightbulb Crusade against Stagnancy

I have announced a crusade against the stagnant situation in the motorcycle industry when it comes to the styling and appearance of bikes.

Look around you, almost all the bikes have similar looks with little differences. Are we not paying too much for too little? Recently Honda has bothered to introduce its "new" Honda CG125 and that too with no major change to looks. To me, this is nothing but a continuance of the same old model with some changes, so what's NEW about it? I have been a great Honda fan but now....

It is not just with Honda but other manufacturers as well. Consider what Yamaha has been doing over the years, no major changes. Mostly we see a "new" model with the change in graphics only. The FZ16 (Byson) thing also looks in shadows and there is no hope of its arrival.

Coming to the Chinese bike manufacturers, these companies cannot even come up with an idea of their own, consider how they copied CD70 to make their own 70cc bikes.

The scenario with the motorcycles can change in Pakistan but it needs and it really needs a resentment shown by us, the biker community. We need to make our voice heard by the bike manufacturers and I guarantee that there will be change..

u r right and above all,, if u look to the fact that all these bikes are carbureted and run on petroll which is sky high nowadays and i dont see a slight chance of its prices coming down .. in these situtaations if these companies just produce **** and still increase it ..aint it "loot mar with both hands" ? at least they should decrease bikes prices substantrially and introduce more fuel saving techniques as efi and better designed engine ..

until no such technologies are introdyuced the blah blah euro2 is just an eyewash.. our environment as fuck3d as europeans, amrekanz, rassian have .. so just puting some enviironment protection is nothing for us..unytill no efi is introduced..

efi has been in since eighties, ninties in those countries.. but not in pakistamn,,,

jiya atlas honda pakistan,,jiya dyl yama pakistan,,, jiya sozoke..jiya bhattov

    Im with you.
Its been years and we are still getting the same bikes.
Apart from new graphics and decals there is no innovation in the industry and adding insult to injury they still keep on raising the prices.
One of the most difficult things in the world is to know how to do something, and to watch without comment, somebody else do it incorrectly.

Thats right my friends. I have this idea in my mind that we, the biker community should sign a petition and convey our demand of improvement in the bike technology according to the modern age by improving the overall looks and introduction of EFI system, tubeless tyres, etc.
What do you guys say? I'll put this up before PBC for further action.

Malak Sab .. Malak Sab hun tusi vi sirf Atlas alyan pichay pay gaye ho.. Suzuki alay kera ithay GSX-R tey Hayabusa dittos bana ka denday paye nay twano? Suzuki GS150 is a big bike as compare to other available bikes but quality wise it sucks. Ravi and AHL introduced disc breaks in their 125cc bikes but GS still running on drum breaks.

    WITH NO OFFENSE
Yahan wo misal thek ati hay "LAKEER KAY FAKEER" deluxe may black exhaust aya sari ki sari bikes now with black exhaust even 70cc bikes are coming with same exhaust.

What is change? If they brought up with Youshimura, Two Brothers or Akrapovic systems in their bikes.. If they bring digital meters.. if they put alloy rims along with self start. But Malak Sab ey gal tusi likh lavo R1, Hayabusa, GSXR, Fireblade di manufacturing ethay start ho vi gaye CG lena kisi nay band nai karna.
You can change BIKES but you can't change MINDS.

Malak Saab o jao paa ji kam sham karo ja kay.....

^ I am following this thread don't worry bro. And I didn't give a syasi byan, I am firm on the thought that there should be some effort from our side to convey it to the motorcycle manufacturers that it is time they consider bringing positive changes to their products. A journey of thousand miles begins with a single step, I hope your voices will support mine.

Sir g agar jan ki amaaan paon to aik nukta arz krna chahoon ga. Although im totally with u laikin company walaz are too afraid of a failure. Wo launch kar bhi dain to hamari market ka haal daikha hi na k jahan agar mechanic ko new technology samajh na aye to wo poori product ko he fail ker daitay hein. Is k ilawa dealer mafia bhi aisa he krti hai. Aur hum bi new shape k baaray mein thoray skeptical nai hein. Honda deluxe kon sa hit ho gya ya Suzuuki150. Asal baat hai k hum bhi to nai khareien *** aisay bikes. hum khus bhi thoray rigid hein. Is baat say ikhtilaaf nai k new shapes aur technologies introduce honi chahiye laikin hamara attitude bhi badalna chahiye.

Well guys, remember that change cannot come with the plain pronouncing of the words abracadabra. Magic does not work here. To bring this change we need to make our voices heard, convey our message to other bikers. Only a limited majority comes to these forums the rest is out there buying without consulting for opinions. It is us, the well aware with the situation community that has to make efforts for the change.

To begin with, we can convince other bikers into realizing that our bikes need upgradation, especially considering the fuel prices we ought to have the EFI system on our bikes. Carbs are thing of the past.

As far as ability of the mechanics is concerned, it will be a very poor thought to disapprove the improvements in technology because our mechanics are not trained for new machines. If things in the world were to go on like this we would still be running cars on steam engines.

    Cheers and ride safe!
