    Default Japanese classic saved

This my new project HONDA cd 70 1970 .It took 2 complete months to make it complete working till evening and sometimes till dark .This Rocket was standing in someone house for 10 years and when i spotted it he brought it a month back and quickly kept an eye on it started convincing that person to see me after a long struggle i was able to rescue from him.It was not in starting position engine was rebuild with every single original part of it .
Honda 70 introduced in 1970 to compete against rival Two-stroke small capacity motorcycles, Honda 70 was one of the first Four-stroke small capacity motorcycle of its time with an engine displacement of only 72 cm³.

    Thumbs up Memories!

    Great restoration job! Ride safely!

Brings back memories as my mamu got a black one in 1974. Same shape just different colour. Good old days. Miss them!

I agree it depends on rider how he maintains the bike but in Pakistan a bike is not used by a single person it is used by multiple persons friends, relative etc which is the major reason a that bike life is less.

it was for Rs. 1800 made in Japan - Our Maths Teacher in school bought brand new from Atlas Honda after Rs 500 advance booking of 3 months. His take home was Rs 2800.00 and use to charge Rs. 25 per student for after school classes. his mechanic asked to remove silencer for improved fuel economy. Motorcycle ki BANSURI engine ka gala ghont-tee hai i still remember those words.we use to take 25 paisa per day to school. Rs. 24 was price for tank full with Esso Tiger Petrol for a Toyota Corona 1967 model.
