    Mane Metro mr 70 kharidi hai 2012 model..
    1. Ma isko alter krna chahta hun k iski speed thori ziada hojaye aam bikes se..us k liye kya krna hoga..aur aisa kam btana plxxx jis ma ziada paise na lagen aur bike k engin ko b nuksan na ho......

    2.Aur mane suna hai k bike k taapay ma ek current ka unit lagta hai barha.. us bike ki speed ziada hojati hai aur gears b lambay hojate hain..Kya ye Sach h..?

    yar us ka thread dobara banany parain ***..
    yani naya bush lagay ga.. kisi acha sa kharadia sa laga lot and ask hi to do it with good finish.. the bush should be flat with the surface.. bush itself 100 rs tak hoga ya 150 Max .. par iska lia pora head kholna paray ga jo 350 rs tak aksar mechanic charge kartha hain..
    then u will also need new gains/seals . which would cost 100 rs for half kit as only that is needed..
    then u will need sealant which will cost 40-70 rs.. use curil not silicone ..

    but jab fit ho jaya ma tho kahta hou ka dont ride it for at least a day or 2 .. kionka jo sealant hotha ha wo apna asar dikanay ma aik do din laitha ha...

    also head khola bahghair ya kaam blkul na karan warna metal shavings ander chali jayain gi and ur engine will be seized and destroyed..

    NOW I HAVE 2 OPTIONS
    1: without removing head - i will tell mechanic to drill it make it wider than insert a new thread(chori). with air pressure blow out all residuals from chamber.
    2:i will remove head my self and take it to mechanic he will fit chories than install every thing my self.

    dont follow option 1 ..foor option 2 if u know what u r doing then its ok otherwise ask mechanic to do .. have u done it before?

    today friday
    chosen option 2 with urs help.
    removed the bolts and nuts except the 2 bolts in timing sprocket because don't have proper tool for that.
    im thinking, to widen the intake port & the main-foiled.to compensate i think that the exhaust port should also be widen.

    tommorow saturday
    going to buy a tool to unmount sprocket .

    suggestions needed+++++
    should i do porting , both or just intake?
    if intake port is widened than im afraid of the Bernoulli effect(speed slow in wide regions , mixture speed high in tight regions)????
    how much porting (i think 2-3 cm) ??
    will the same carb work on porting.

    yar those two bolts in head are i think 9 number .. do u konow how to set timing ? if u remove them u will f the timing... if u cannot adjust valve timing , valve lash(jisa tappet adjustment bolthay hai ya valve adjustment bhi kahtha hai) ...then absolutly dont go ... one wrong adjustment and ur engine either seized or blown..

    u can use a ghotti of that number and a handle .. will 90+35 ... try these things from gawalmandi rawalpindi.. there is a shop which i dont remember but that has all bike tools .. and rates are also reasonable..


    porting is done to increase amount of airflow.. increasing will not help necessarily.. however u can polish exhaust port and dont worry too much with its widening .. .. which kharadia will u do this work from ? i liked mohamadi kharadia .. committe chowk .. did used his services for 2 or 3 of my friends bikes overhaul...

    post the pics of carb .. both sides which attach to filter and engine side..... is it labelled pz22 ? u may be able to use it.. but u will need re jetting .. main jet 2 step bara lagana hoga.. and u may play with the slide needle.. of carb.

    hay bhagwaaaann.. ya 2.3cm tho chonda/honda ka valve ka size hotha ha... our tum itna our kholna chahtay ho ?
    if u go with widening the ports then 2-3mm is max u can safely do.. do 1 mm less for exhaust.. say if u increased the "diameter" of he inlet port by 3mm then exhaust should be widened by 2mm..


    bernoulli isnt so simple phenomenon... because it starts all at air filter.. then throug intake port of carb and then the venturi of carb then the out port of carb then through the manifold pipe then through the intake port ..so there are a lot of regions where the dia is increased/decreased.... and also the air fuel mixture wont be free flowing .. the will be sucked by piston further complicating guessing bernouli principle..

    long and short many people do porting .. whereby they increase port diameters and also polish the exhaust port for mirror smoth surface.. and roughen up the intake port for better atomization of fuel/air mixture..for complete burn.. remember exhaust is poished and intake is roughened..

    is ur bike 78cc or 72cc ?

    bore max increase in dia is upto 50mm ... but the collor of cylinder will be thn very thin.. and piston will cd100 ka use hoga then... and if u have 78cc then ur bike will become 97cc then.. but for the timebeing dont do it..

    sorry for the picks i cant take .
    today Saturday.
    whole day ruined but i finally got the "goti" and its liver in 140RS from gwalmandi ragabazar rawalpindi ,thus opened the head.
    the things inside are lot more complicated than i thought.
    there are lot of casting flaws in "72ccm rf 70 plus hero"
    a thick and hard layer of carbon is deposited in chamber, valves and piston so now i have to remove it by myselfe (agony).

    +++when ever i looks at this machine i crave for having it bored new piston , but its very difficult to do it flawlessly .
    ++++++ simple ++++go for complete swap of head and block to a greater size.
