why not bore 47mm to max regardless of cylinder than slide the biggest possible cylinder in it???

han carb pe likha hy "dkni standard of japan pz22" .

aj main ik mazay ki bat bata hon jo maine notice ki. blkay 2 mazai ki batain.
1-once i took carbs measurements inside diameter with an ordinary transparent scale.(mean 2say not that much accurate but can still use these measurements).
carb from air box side is 2.8cm and from other side 2.1 or 2.2cm main foild is also 2.1cm-2.2cm , intake head is same, carb from air box side is 2.8cm and from other side 2.1 or 2.2cm main foild is also 2.1cm-2.2cm , intake head is same, but the "hadi" (a local word) is 2.0mm which should be 2.1cm or 2.2cm.ut the "hadi" (a local word) is 2.0mm which should be 2.1cm or 2.2cm.

2-i had two main jets labeled 85 but in pakistan never trust labels (pep pep pep pepepep)
the one im using now is wider than the other cant find above then that . needle is in the middle which best , if lower the needle than bad very bad , if raise the needle no torque.

yes the pz22 are 28mm at inlet.22mm at engine side.. and 18mm at venturi inside carb..
yes the haddi should be bigger.. try qingqi haddi thats way better.. compare wiht that or some other china malll... also qingqi 100 uses same carb .. dnki pz22 is the best carb for chondas. way better then janyan honda..

ya u r right regarding numbering of jets..
do keep a collection of jets and try all ...

the needle slide is to give minor adjustments based on altitude .. where the air density changes.. comparred to sea leve..
e.g if u go to murree.. then after crossing bharako.. just lower the needle .. i.e. raise the clip to top most position to lean the mixture .. else there will be too much petrol and bike will loose power.. and u can confirm by using the color of spark plug.. u may need main jet with smaller number..

understood the valves mechanism and timing
+want to shorten exhaust valve opening period, so all the bing bang power is concentrated on piston .
-but its very dangerous , risky & difficult.

Today searched whole pindi can't find 110cc cylinder .
97cc was available at 850rs having bore of 50mm not enough.

    +some staitistics
    *100cc block=97.1cm3 bore50mm stroke 49.5mm
    110cc=bore52.4mm head 52.4mm piston 52.4mm pistonlength 41.4mm

i had exactly the chinqi raqsha carb on head & its very powerfull, but the question is how much wider bore could be done in 97cm3 block?

yes a bike tuned for normal ride like lahore wont perform well in murree .. spark plug is a window into the performance of engine.. just check the plug when u just start off at the bharako and after 10-15 minutes ride into murree .. u will see the gory situation of ur plug.. if its perfect at bharakho then after few kms it will be extremely rich .. and petrol will be oozing out of it.. i have checked it on thoom and cd100 .. the partial solution was to fully lean the mixture through the needle.. i.e. adjust the clip so the needle is lowered.. and slightly tune the mixture screw.. but reducing the jet size by count of 2 works awesome.. on thoom..stock.. but i have a dozen jets of same number and all are different in their opening.. so its uselss to try new jets as the are incorrectly numbered.. i verified it by microscope..
because i was getting erratic results when i swaped jets .. so i suspected that jets may be incorrectly numbered as are all chinese items ( or most of the ripp offs.)//

yes dal jaya ga.. in my opinion but not sure as i have not exactly tired or observed it.... but most mechanics say to bore default chonda to cd100 zero piston..

thos bikes which are 72 cc has 41.4 mm stroke .. and those that are labelled 78cc have 49.5m stroke .. and cd100 ,cg125,and chonda 100 and chonda 110 uses same stroke.. so the cyinder block swap should create no problem on 78cc bikes in terms of timing chain and gears.. but the design of most 100 cc or + cc bike is that if u just swap the cylinder then the piston will hit the head chamber.. so u need to solve this issue.. by either shaving some surface from piston or by taper boring the combustion chamber of head... for proper squish band..
but shaving the piston is not good as firstly it will thin the surface and second turbulance wont be good.. on the other hand boring chamber is something next to a corresponding head swap..( as 100 or 110cc has bigger and better ports while valves are same size)

110cc clylinder is available at autorace in pindi ask anyone where is that J*w... as he is fAcken expensive.. he will sale scrap at the price many times over the brand new janyaann and would say har cheez ki apni keemath ha...
if u find it from him get it at 800 to 1k... or ask some mechanic to buy it for u from him...
another thing is that i heard that united 100 bike has 110cc cylinder... have u checked it >

regarding fitting cd 100 cylinder in chonda (78cc) i am not 100% sure due to following things..
1: are all the holes the same size (i.e. holes for mounting studs.. and oil pasages..
2: are these holes in alignment with those of ur stock cylinder and head ..

sometime i will check it.. as this will help others by giving them alternatives to those hard to find matching cylinder..

most cylinders for bikes in our country can be safely bored to oversize piston of 2mm in diameter (courtasy of kharadias...) ... that means a chonda 78cc cyinders are 47.5mm or close to it.. can be safely bored to 49.5mm.... so if u bore a chonda 78cc cylinder then u got it to 97cc... as now bore is almost same as of 100cc bikes i.e. 50mm,.

if safety is not an issue then it will be borable quite high .. but most mechanics kharadias dont recomend do it.. as collar bhoth pathla ho jatha ha. and heatup issue comes which increases the chances of seizure of engnie..
