Thread: Need Guidance in Alteration of 70CC bike...

    Default Need Guidance in Alteration of 70CC bike...

    My friend bought challenger BA-70 model 2011 for 28k from akbar road. My friend spent almost 4.5k to make few alterations in the bike to increase power n speed. a 100CC Head n cylinder of 107 cm is used to gain 100CC power. still using 70cc china carberator but mechenic will arrange a hero or any other 100CC capable carberator for it. bike weight is also changed to support 100CC parts. chain sprocket set is also updated to 38 garari in rear n front ka kuch idea nahi but stock wali garari se thori bari hai. mechenic has currently used 70cc carb w/o any filter set. he said k keep it w/o filter its much. what do u guys say ? shud we keep it w/o filter or shud we apply filter ? should we move to 100CC carb to gain more performance at cost of more fuel consumption ?

    yesterday i took the ride of bike it was smooth n third gear main bike ka pick it awesome. however 4th gear does need to have clean road which was not possible due to yesterday rain in karachi. kindly assist us regarding the carb n filter usage. as if 100CC carb is used it will definately b used w/o any filter... shud we force mechenic to use some sort of jugaar to apply filter ?

    on more thing to ask, currently bike main pencil typo cylincer laga hua hai jo k hyderabadi cylincer bhi kehlata hai. kya normal CDI-70 wala cylincer lagna mumkin hai ? which one will b best for bike after the alteration that has been applied in bike. any other type of cylincer will result better performance ? then which one. plz suggest ..

    For Voice the current is better. and please find any 100's cab soon and please do not ride it with out air filter. Put air filter in it. For pick do some holes in filter and the covering of the filter known as LOTA

    i also did some alterations check my thread..

    is the BA70 a 72cc or 78cc ?
    head konsay bike ka laga hay ?
    and carb pa kia likha ha pz22 ? can u post carb pics.. ?
    kia carb ka jets change kia hain?
    silencer stock ha ? u can use a qingqi cylincer . when i used qingqi silencer instead of stock i did got increase in top speed and pick was also improved... it cost me 1k for A1 quality silencer .. has been a year since i did that mods. so far no issue .. only issue is i used old gaskets which are leaking..

    carb yai wala bhi use ho saktha ha.. ... our 100 ya 125 wala bhi use ho saktha ha.. 125 wala sa top speed barh jaya gi.. pick thori si kam ho jaya gi.. filter lagana lazmi ha nahi tho engine jaldi faragh ho jatha ha...

    naya honda cd 70 euro 2 model ka filter lota abi market ma nai aya wo jab ajaya ga to wo cd100 ya cg125 carb ma fit ho jaya ga... then it wil be awesome ... i am waiting for that lota when i get it .. i wil tell u and update my thread regarding my findings..

    look at my poject yd 70 thread.


    1:Filter is must. (use pod filter and the elbow of new cd 70 euro2 bike .. i had a seperate thread for this some time ago) .. i am still running that filter for the past 4 years.. cost 150rs .. just clean it with petrol 2-3 times a year.

    2: for carb use either qingqi pz22 . (very agressive power.. hard idle. but its for power and reasonable economy 45-50kmpl.. @ 55-60kmph. or a honda cd 100 genuine one pd22 very soft smooth and good idle but bike wount be as powerfull as on pz22.

    3:for silencer it does improves performance. i had used a qingqi cd 100 vender silencer not too loud.. but awesome sound and performance.

    after i pused reply i noted this is very old thread..hope this share is of some benefit to someone..
