Default Cheap china motorcyles, dont go near them....

    Dear all pwheeleers,

Dont waste your precious money and time in purchasing the china bikes. After 10 to 15 years pakistan will become the waste bin of china motorcyles. the average age of japani motorcycles is from 20 to 30 years, whereas the average age of china motorcycles is from 5 to 10 years. so dont ever go near these 3rd class china technology they will chear you.

    Thanks,
    ashah

Chonda's runs very well specially 70cc's and they are best deal for their price
specially if you look at AHL bikes prices and yes chond's may lack little in quality as compare to AHL bikes
but they run good. AHL bikes lifespan is 4 to 6 or 8 years and chond's run good for 2 to 3,4 years
but important thing they must be driven with care if you hardly abuse or punish and don't care
they will not serve for that long & they will definitely demand some work
AHl bikes are better in quality, but looking at resources and prices chonda are great purchase
and i have seen many people ignore issues in cd 70
like agar koi awaaz hojaata hai engine mein 2 ya 3 saal baad
people ignore it aur kahte hai CD CD hai
totally opposite chonda bikes mein khamkha problem dhoond lete hai
nahein yaar lagta hai engine mein awaaz hai ab sahe nahein hai
Aur buhat saare USTAAD log bhi aisa karte hai
aur chonda owners ko loot lete hai jaldi mein engine ya engine head open karke

I wonder everyone here on pakwheels is pretty satisfied with his Suzuki cars and China bikes. Then why the heck the workshops are always stuffed LOL.

I own Star DL 70 2006 model. And without any hesitation I can say that it is better than CD 70 (models after 2006 -). It has more weight and equally better road grip. I have driven almost 74K kms and engine is still quiet and sealed. Just a ring piston n valve change after 60K kms.

I only care about the timely oil change and that is after every 800kms.

I would like to rate it better than CD 70. Better pick up, better mileage (I am still getting 65 - 70 kms/lit) I normally drive at 60 km/h.

No offence but CD 70 quality wise is much better than any chonda you can compare..You can have an idea from the substandard carburetors installed in china bikes..There is a reason why they are cheap..And after ring and piston change engine never gives the same yield as the manufactured one lol.

Hi I've bought a china bike in the uk...it was terrible low cost metal..I took it back every week for small things..in the end I got fed up with..
Reluctantly I took it to Honda to part exchange it..believe it or not they didn't even make me an offer..I bought the new Honda ..never let me down ..I could push the bike past its limits it would still start.run smooth....I sold the china bike on eBay for peanuts ..the main problem was the weather ..the metal and quality of the build..rain ..salt... Just not very well maid..or designed ..in Pakistan labours cheap..small problems can be sorted..I still think branded bikes are better..which ever bike you buy..the warranty should help you sort out any issues you have with the bike..what ever you ride...enjoy!!!!
    Pakistan.. Toyota hilux..golf mk2 gtd..rolla 2.0d..nissian sunny.. Yamaha pw 50.. Coventry uk....audi v8 d11..golf mk2 rallye..honda crx..evo 8..golf mk2 gtd..Vauxhall insignia..

Chinese make bikes from A+ (Comparable to Honda) to as low as -F grade, so you are most probably a victom of a low end product, same quality range exist in Pakistani bikes as well, its end user choice what he rally wants.

I think that what ever branded bike you buy..they have to hold up an image...quality ..pr is most important thing to any manufacturer ...if the bike maid in Pakistan or in any part of the world..it all has to be the same..quality ..if its not you need to complain..and if no one in Pakistan listens the right to head office in Japan..if you guys rite enough letters ...some one will take notice..they will act to protect there brand..remember all branded bikes that are maid in Pakistan are maid under license ..there breaching there contract ..if you guys are nit happy..with china bikes you won't get the same response ...

The saying of "you get what you pay for" is always true. When you hand out money for a Nokia branded phone bought from a Nokia store you are buying into the trust that it was made to Nokia standard and tested like it should. You can also go and buy a Nokla - clone phone if you wish.
