The compound polish they use is local made harsh abrasive thing which i would not call a polish!
It is good enough to ruin ur paint layers in a few goes...

A real compound on the other hand would remove imperfections from the paint surface to return its shine and gloss, it might also remove very thin layer of dead paint from ur bike/car.

7cf is really a good product for plastic parts, mudguards ... i used it only for once 2 weeks ago since then it only need a soft touch of cloth to remove dust and they are glossy again as previous ...

For both purposes? One product can be used or two separate products will be required.

    Budget?
If want to have best them look for meguairs scratch 2.0

If want an good avg thing then try a suitable rubbing compound polish from turtle

Otherwise formula1scratchout the great :p 300 mein... but pretty awein results, it can revive the paint, lessen the swrils but deep scratches would hide or get dim rather than disappearing

Claybars help a lot in reviving the paint job... a soft polish would do the trick afterwards... ideal for reviving.

    But they won't remove scratches.

A hard, abrasive compound polish on other hand can be dangerous for the paint job in the hands of a newbie but can do both functions with careful use...

Get a moderate level compound Polish, use in v.little amounts, apply, spread quickly and remove quickly..
Don't press or rub too much.
    It would revive the paint..

so i was yesterday shopping in a mart where i saw this besides other waxes ... i know it was not genuine kiwi product or they even made car waxes at all ..lolxx ..but the sales man said its really a good product and the price was cheap(185) so bought it for testing ...today applied it and man this wax is damn shiny, giving a wet look to all parts .... and the application is very easy and fast as its in liquid paste form ... one thing i didn't like was its smell, something like kerosene oil but it fades quickly after applying and there was no residue ... i will update how much time it stands ...
