Experience was awesome, but weather was extremely cold, i couldn't feel my hands when reached murree. Though my pillion friend enjoyed a lot till murree and he also suggested to visit patriata as well.
from murree he said he'll drive , i said ok. He drove for like 15 minutes and suddenly discovered that his gloves (specially imported from Sialkot) are completely useless in this weather, and after another 15 minutes he was like," yaar waapis chaltay hain, bohat thand hai, patriata jaa ke kya karna hai"
But i didn't agree, ke ab to plan ban chuka hai, now can't move back, so i made him drive till patriata chair lift point. After reaching there, he was all upside down. So we stopped at a hotel , ordered tea and asked owner to put some fire on. My friend just removed his gloves, put off his shoes and went all above the fire , saying that he will never come to enjoy snow on bike again. Then he was shivering and taking tea at the same time. it was fun.
From there, i wanted to ride till patriata, but hotel owner told that there is snow at high altitude and they haven't cleared roads. So we used chair lift service.
While coming back, we got late, and left from chair lift point at around 60PM. As soon as we left , i suddenly noticed fog, it was so severe that view limit was around 3-4 meters only. Then suddenly it got cleared and then after a few minutes came back again. Then i got to know that actually these are clouds, not fog. Riding at night through clouds was quite tough. But GS150 strong headlight beam helped a lot there. Took me around 3 hours to get back to ISL.
So experience was extreme. As far as wet road goes, i didn't face any grip problem at all. It was just like riding at normal roads.

Gul bhai what a great experience
aapki post dekh ke mujhe bhi thand lag rahe thi

it was not the normal trip this was your trip in extreme conditions
good to see GS150 performed brilliant there
but actually this trip was real test of You not GS

I think grip was good because of that big rear tyre
on normal tyre it might have trouble you

u can spray black parts with spray easily but leave the engine as it is because u need a high temperature paint which is hard to find and if u color it too much u will face engine heat up issues..
