    Default My Ride - Little upgrades

    Recently made some changes in my bike and done some detailing. some alterations with head and cylinder. wil post more picts of cylinder soon
    Any suggestions / criticism are wellcome

    Altered head ( Valves, guide, seat and put bigger cam shaft)
    Carb cdi 125
    Increase the cylinder bore and put bigger piston kit
    alter head gas kit and clutch springs
    sprokects guess ...

    how is the performance after the upgrades? are brakes work well after installing all this? i mean reliable on high speeds?
    people need to grow up sometimes and act MATURE !

    piston konsi bike ka ha ?kia crankcase bhi bore karay tha ? cylinder block ko sleeve lagaya ha ? konsa cylinder ha ? share details .. kharcha ? how is its performance ? and head ma cam shaft konsi bike ka lagay ha ? valves konsay lagay hain ? clutch basket kitnay plates wali ha 2 or 3 ? how much kharcha pani ?parts kider sa mila tha ?and how is its performance ? pick and speed ?

    piston HD 110 150 number . crank mai koi kaam nai hua aj tak it working solid cylinder 78cm3 ka hai us ko sleeve laga ke 150 ki piston kit dali hai ...kharcha around 3 4k with a hell of shoot and long

    @Maggi nice mod maggi sahab..Btw did the engine required a rebuilt that you got it into mods.??Or you wanted to increase its power and efficiency?

    No, engine never needed a rebuild and still there is no need to rebuild, its working perfect. i have checked engine's potential before getting it done and i have found no issues.
    performance vise yes 100s and 110s are no more a big deal even i ride tail to tail wid 125s with a little gap. petrol average is decreased. its between 45 to 50.

    If you are tail to tail with 125 then it must not be cruising at 110 bro ... because on 110 you must be head to head or may be ahead of 125s.. did you put wider valves for new piston or are the stock ?

    valves konsay lagay hain ?

    clutch basket kitnay plates wali ha 2 or 3 ?

    and ya HD110 kia bala ha ? whats the piston dia ? on alibaba and other sites hdd110 reveals to be 52.4mm dia piston .. united 100 also has same dia piston .. and shape is same .. no pockets fro valves .. no doom shape .. in doom shape only suzuki sd110 piston is available in 53.5mm .. that will give a good bang for the buck .. as that will increase compression .. but us ka issue ya ha ka uski wrist pin 14mm ki ha .. and 78 ka con rod little end jis pa wrist pin lagthi ha 13 mm ha ..


    us ka piston ki wrist pin kia puranay wrist pin jaisi motti ha ? 78cc engine come with 13mm wrist pin ..
    can u share any details of this hd110 ?

    share details of gasket as well .. kia khud banay hai ? they are thin and are good for compression .. but un ma jo rubber ki rings lagthi ha wo tho bhot motti hain.. kaisay press ki thi wo ? i mean normal gasket is 1.8 to 2mm and this one seems to be 1mm .. and jo rubber ki o rings hothi hain wo 2mm ka size ka hisab sa hothi hain ? did u also got these rubbers custom made ? kionka ma bhi next time custom head gasket lagavo ga .. but this rubber rings are an issue..

    carb ma koi tuning ki ha ? jets change etc?

    carb or head ke beech mai jo pipe hai fleng wo perfect match hay and its stock carb cost 800rs
    clutch box total stock
    gas kit 0.5mm copper made , its available everywhere in khi
    piston kit cost 550 + leth wala and sleeve cost 150 total 700

    the person behind these specs and infact he helped me alot with every thing is FC bhai. this total work is also done by him as well

    hmmm... he is also my master .. was impressed by his work and altered my bike ..

    can u tell me about the gasket ?
    what was the thickness of base gasket ? the one that sits b/w cylinder and crankcase ?
    and what was the thickness of the head gasket .. that sits b/w head and cylinder ?

    copper gasket ? yar i have searched in pindi no one knows about copper gasket .. i asked a lot of car gasket makers .. all that they have is a sheet in which there is thin plate .. and the minimum thickness that i found was 1mm ..

    are u saying that the gasket shown in third last pic is of copper and .5mm ?
    the gasket makers in pindi also has this shape gasket material but the minimum thickness was 1.25mm .. though the vernior showed it to be 1mm ... and they make custom gaskets.. and they said 1.25 sa kam nai ban sakthi ..

    altered bike needs altered style of riding ...


    u have to do the work of brake not the brakes have to do braking ..
