i don't think they would be able to do that
some chonda manufactures have introduced Euro 2 70cc's
and soon unique euro 2 70cc is going to be launch
but they can't upgrade carb or engine
as this would increase cost of bike
and people only & only buying chonda 70cc's for their low price
yes few changes in head and piston and rings are also done by ahl as per this forum .. but main thing is carb which meters teh fuel.. definitly if chondas want same level of economy like cd70 or pridor then they also need to introduce such changes .. moreover chondas are famous for one reason .. honda c70 parts are interchangeable so this reduces their aftersales service problems .. and this is the reason that these chondas are selling .. now that they depend on honda for their parts in aftersales service .. they also need to bring their things on par with honda parts ..
