    ^^ This is odd?
Which bulb are u using? original stanley biulb is a bit expensive, never use 15,20Rs wala bulb... and look for the bulb holder. And do see an expert electrician next time... Junoon's wiring and electronics aren't upto the mark!

To keep it "original" I beared with a troubling horn for about 3 years! and recently I got an excellent job done by my electrician.. he fitted a car's relay before the horn, now the horn is full loud and never troubles!

Previously horn was 80% of the time not working at its full capacity.. as if the battery is discharged or weak!

So accept this fact and get the electronics examined, dont be in love with its "Originality" and newness... factory fitted stuff is crap

Just keep noticing for any awkward signs that ur bike might show and remember them and tell them in detail to yur electrician...

For eg. I noticed that sometimes when i turned key in the ignition, nuteral light wont work...
Sometimes while driving the bike, horn would get faint as if the battery is not being charged...

Then I got it fully examined and now its working fine.. there were some lose connections which were fixed, a rely powered up the horn and also I had channged the Flasher/blinker of my bike to a 3 pin one... (originally it had 2 pin, without earth or ground wiring) because it got fused...

So just be patient and find a good electrician who works with attention to the details.

Problem seems due to the fualty Rectifier Unit or due to some loose wiring towards the Battery. In some of the cases apparantly cables looks fine from out side but have broken or loose connections inside the insulation or at cable lugs(Thimble/Nipple).
