3 problems come to my mind...

    1.Air locked
    2.Heated up
    3.Carb getting over

Next time this happens open the lid of ur fuel tank and then try to restart, if its getting air locked, it would start immediately after opening the fuel tank lid.

Check if the engine is too heated, if it is you would be able to feel excessive heat at ur feet placed at the foot rests.

Look for any overflow of petrol from craburettor overflow pipe... it might be getting over.

Yup check your engine oil quality and the required amount thru oil gauge.

It seems you valves have become weak. They are somewhat getting seized at high speeds or due to engine extra heating. You might need to check your tapets and valves.

    engine oil level is fine.
    and its is still viscous.

i dont think that its because of engine oil
    i changed t approx 725 km ago.

used havoline 20w50 grade engine oil and bought it from caltex pump.

Yup infact significantly. Bike will start wasting the fuel and the top speed will get reduced because it is not able to generate required power.

what do you suggest me to do?

how much it will cost? Rough idea?

also my bike is leaking engine oil between crank case and head.. ( too less leakage)
a mechanic told me that some half jain kit has worn out.
    does that effect?

dnt worry about valves , they will grind off the carbon deposits n fit new valves , it should not cost you over 500 rs ( pindi rate of kharad work n mechanic n new valves ) if timing chain is making noise change its tensioner and its sprockets ( commonly known as goat ) and it shall go away Goats get hard with passage of time .

bhai dn panic half jain kit is just like u place under lay under carpet its not appropriate example but its for sealing purpose . i suggest you to toe bike to a sensible mechanic and make sure he understands ur problem n then solves it . also check condition of spark plug pls , should be brown .

You should first consult a good mechanic and inspect your valves before going into anyother expensive stuff like ring piston or any electrical equipments. It will be better if you keep electrical stuff (as you have mentioned yourself that you are getting current, may be you can try some new spark plug) on the least priority for now I mean first check valves condition. I hope this will resolve your problem.

This same issue has happened with me too. Engine suddenly stops and refuse to start again even after getting cold. On inspection, the only culprit was the valve they got burnt out and were seized.

    Around Rs 700.

I had three reasons. Valves almost lived there lives (~ 2 years old) + oil change was due + tappets were tight then normal .

Their is an air release hole inside the fuel cap so that vaccum is not created inside tank...
Air lock problem occurs when that whole is bloced due to some reason, dust etc.

You can get help from a lock master who make spare keys for bikes... or u can change the fuel lid if necessary.
