i gave choke and i realized that choke wasn't working. It went little above then normal position. i took my bike to the same mechanic and he said that i have removed choke so to because it was lose and he further said that it will not work anymore.. i said that how am i supposed to start in morning? he said that just kick again n again.
i asked him can he replace what he removed? he said for that u have 2 buy new carb..

looking for a better solution other then 2 buy a new carb caz it will cost 2.5k approx.

Why dont you make the mechanic pay for the new carb, if he has fiddled with it without taking you into confidence, and making an irreversible alteration.
Of all the things i have lost, I miss my MIND the most...

    amazing or shocking ...
what was the reason that u went to mechainc > did u faced any problem in carb or chocke ?

just show what he removed it .. it can be fitted back .. i dont know how choke can be that much of a problem that it needs to be removed entirely .. thats weired ..

i always tell boys here ka jab bhi mechanic sa koi kam karavo us say sari purani removed/discarded chezain la lo .. bhalay wo kharab brake shoe he kion na ho .. and just throw it on road .. there are a lot of scrap collecting boys and girls on the roads who will benefit from it .. and will also leave the scrupulus mechanic stinking ..

I think what must have happened is that while dared3vil19 took his bike for routine tune up and fluid change is that the mechanic must have serviced his carburetor and in the process either he broke it or the choke must have got loosen. CD70 Carb choke has friction resisted movement as the lever rotates on what I believe are tightly held silicon bushes. What im suspecting is either he dropped the carb and broke the choke or maybe the bushes must have worn. Agar Choke loose hogi tow it will interfere with the air intake by constantly changing its butterfly position.

Agar mechanic keh raha hai kay you cant repair it........then sir its bull$hit....... Choke lever ek screw per fit howa hota hai.......you can open it yourself. Its not machine pressed or anything. The whole carb can be dismantled completely with the right tools. Mechanic nay epoxy sealer say choke fit keri hogi (I suspect)...good thing is epoxy can be removed. Haan one thing which I suspect is maybe replacement part aap ko new na milay........in that case buy a cheap used carb (genuine or chinese) as a donor and salvage its parts to repair your genuine carb.

i went to 2-3 mechanic to show the condition of choke.
all of them said that the choke system is removed. and it does not come in spare so you would have to buy new carb and replace it..
a mechanic said buy Chinese carb as told by aximaxim and replaces that choke system. (cost around 750 for new carb).

while mechanic was observing choke he gave race and white smoke came out of silencer.. he told me that your rings and piston are also worn out..
i was like wtf?? 2 days ago bike had no issues? and its just 8300 kms on odometer..
i asked him about the reason for this?
he said that u didnt changed oil at correct time..
i said that i never stretched changing interval above 1400 kms and always bought oil from pump.
he said that take your bike to claim center and see if they repair but i dont think so guys on claim center will even touch my bike because its over 6000 kms and 6 months and warrenty is expired..

i just used shell oil this time.. drove 100 kilometers and facing this problem.
previously i used caltex 20w50 engine oil.

Man you have been seriously duped!! That B a s t a r d basically screwed with you big time!! He has STOLEN your bike's carb system and put it in his own bike or has sold those components!! You have a HONDA CD70 maannnnn!! These things go on and on for ages! The carb is a very high quality part and it never gets broken/faulty like this that too on just 6000Kms and 6 months!?!?!?!?!

    Go, take 5,6 hatay katay banday with you and beat the f u c k i n g crap out of that guy!! He is definately an a s s h o l e!!

I remember when I was young, similarly a mechanic duped me as I used to complain about my rear shock absorbers of my CD70 that they made some noise and were a bit hard, that f u c k i n g guy said dont get these repaired instead I will get ur shocks replaced with a relatively newer bike.. I was too youg, I PAYED him f u c k i n g 1000Rs I guess and gave him my Genuine Honda shocks in replacement!!! And got f u c k i n g chinese METRO 70 shocks in replacement and then my bike was worse then before!!

And you know what that guy did? He had purchased a Metro for selling purposes.. he replaced the shocks and with my genuine and sold the bike!!!

That day till now I did not ever went on his shop again! These guys are really cunning and chuna laga dete hen who ever is inncoent/not vigilant!

    NEVER!!!!! Trust your mechanic!!!!

If the whole choke system is missing then ask the mechanic to give you the "broken" parts which he took out of your carb.....Its your property. Agar larna nahi hai tow buy a cheap second carb.........I think pura carb kabaar market say under Rs300 mil jayega. If you have a screw driver, pliers and basic tools at home then you can install the missing parts yourself......the whole process will take 30 minutes or less.

Change your bike oil at 1000kms maximum. In my opinion 1400kms are too much for a 70cc bike.

I am 100% sure that mechanic April fooled you before April. Take some friends with you on his shop and force him to pay the liabilities for new parts.

Jo hogaya soo hogaya! Mitti Pao!
Kabaar market say lelo purana Carburetor aur choke assemble replace kerdo. Jahan itna bardasht kiya hai wahan thora aur kerlo.
INSHA ALLAH iska AJER apko aakhrat may mil jayega. Kuch tab kay liye bhi investment honi chahiye.

Share a cold start video of your bike's exhaust. Without seeing the quantity of smoke it would be a little difficult guess the problem.

Agar cold start may white smoke ata hai aur engine garam honay per reduce hojata hai magar khatam nahi hota tow maybe piston ring needs to be changed. Yes if you abuse the bike for 50km you can ruin the engine.

Waisay honestly speaking ....... Aap kay mechanic per bharosa kerna thora mushkil hai

Brother this seems quite clear case of Fraud
who knows bro he has removed other important
components out of your geniune carburetor

Your bike is giving smoke may be beause that
a*sshole has f*cked up your carb completely
& has replaced inner parts with some other crappy faulty carb

Bhayio apni bike jab bhe ly jao for tuneup sb wahan samnay beth kar karvao and after tuneup don't give your bike to any choto wagera they will simply fu*k your ride specially new bikes. Ye 1 puncture lagatay hain aur tube ky paisay lay letay hain jhot bol kr.

This seems to be they easiest fraud mechanics do .. I can assure you if the choke is not working its the complete carb which got replaced... and if bike has started blowing smoke then he must have stole bikes head cylinder too. get over it nail him down get in touch with some reliable mechanic or antenna shop and ask if carb is older then the bike and if head Cylinder are opened ... if yes .. your bike is r*ped by the given mechanic nail him down...

Take care of you bike from next time.

Seems like its blowing smoke due to the carb from which half of the components have been stolen! Or he messed up with other things too!
Kuch karlo bhai... seek help from someone who knows this stuff and can help u!

    Smoke problem gone.
i just went to my old mechanic..
he checked carb and told that i can get the choke system for you..
he then checked smoke and told me that the petrol contains some engine oil in it..
then i came to realize that culprit was that mechanic who tuned my bike...
he took out excess petrol in an engine oil bottle and when i told him to pour that remaining half liter petrol back into fuel tank some engine oil also got mixed with it...

i have decided " NEVER TO TAKE MY BIKE TO THAT MECHANIC AGAIN''
