Default Expert Help Required - New Unique 70cc 2013

Today i have bought a zero meter Unique 70cc motorbike from Akbar Road. Dealer told me to change engine oil after 200km. 30 km completed and i dont go beyond 45km/hr speed.

Every thing is ok, but i am facing a problem while changing gears. Let say when i shift gear from first to second it will produce an abnormal sound like kutakk and then when i shift from second to third it'll produce that sound again and same sound when i shift gear to fourth.

Can any one tell me what will be the reason for that sound? its because its a new bike and that sound go away after complete running or its a fault in bike or some setting problem. I dont know much about bikes but i tried to adjust the clutch setting but same problem.

    Thanks.

Unique UD70 is a very nice bike but its not perfect..........there are some problems in this bike and the most annoying one of them is the crackling sound the gearbox makes when you shift gears. Its a manufacturing fault, however this sound will reduce as the gears break-in and settle in the system. The gear shifting is never "silent" in a Unique. My UD70 makes the same noise.........I have it since 2008.......no mechanical failures yet.

Haan agar gear atak rahay hain tow it can be fixed by adjusting the clutch cable setting.
Bikes don't leak oil, they mark their territory.

    Thanks for your comments.

I talk with a bike mechanic, dealer where i buy the bike and some of my friends, they all told me that gear shift sound will be silent after break-in period.

So lets see what happens. I'll comment after running 700 or 1000 Km.
