I am more interested in its performance on road ... because of over all as they coined the term "down force design" and weight only 98Kg and a total output of 11.5 HP we are talking some nasty bike here...
from the specs shared by @r1 its Like a decades OLD Cg power plus just came back from parlour ...
My initial perception is average... a cg125 clone engine, that does not produce equal power, and an aggressive front end but a comparatively hunched back... there could have been more symmetry to it...
If the price is not more than 90Ks then its justified... a good effort, but NOT really exactly there!
You cant fool all with looks only..
My Dudes and Dudies i have copied these outstanding specs from dyl website
Dream is not that which you see while sleeping it is something that does not let you sleep.
Bhai, ab DYL koi new technology to bana nai sakta, so agar 1 aur option a gai hay to why dont we appericiate it. Same or not with CG, but atleast now CG has a competitor. No one in this world is going to bring 100 year change in bikes from existing one.
My mistake I mistaken it to be 8.6KW ...
Sir bike ko road per anay tu dein ... pehly he keeeray nikalny shru ker diye hain ... rememeber Change is for Good, more competetors more quality!
I remmeber we were equally critique on paiggio intro too but it survived right, so quality donot need our approval frankly ... if DYL 125 really will have an OOMPH it will need no certification for any body ...
infact!! Jesay Xtrmeme Motors walon nay Ravi ko "zor ka jhatka dheeray say diya hai" I hope DYL YD gives heart arrest to AHL too... if you know what I mena ..
I think the reason behind keeping a CG engine is to avoid the concern of spare parts cost and the availability. Hathora mechanics will be happier and so they will give the certification of 'Kamyab' bike.
If this bike able to prove its quality, acceleration, less vibration as compared to CG and road grip then it must a hit. Will be a great challenge to CG.
YD125 has torque of "8.6 N.m @7000RPM" and "9.65 BHP @ 8500RPM".
No comparison to CG. It compares more to Junoon which has torque of 8.4 N.m @6500RPM.
awein excited kar dita vikcy bhai
bravo and kudos to dyl . pehla kam kia ha ju mujhay aur baqi die heart yamaha fanatics ko pasand aya ha. 17'' rim n tyres is an other plus is quick accelration , plus dry weight is less and if engine is cg 125 clone , it gives max options to juice it like cg wd out any tension no parts issue , front end is orgasmic , disc setup is also kool . thumbs up dyl n gd luck from yamaha fanatics .yamaha has tought you enough to pull it a league apart
legend will revive soon
Its not yamaha thats y i m disappointed...its like other chinese products
Sent from my GT-N7100 using PakWheels Forums mobile app
brother dont be disapointed... they have mentioned 8.5k RPM at 7.1 KW where as CG does 8.1 KW on RPM higher the 9.6k so actually they are the same .. I am sure if YD would be tested at 9.6k RPM and Above it will achieve same digits .. given DYL is using quality material ...
So as I said .. bike ko sarak per anay tu den sir... its too early to anticipate I never say a ride bad untill I ride it and say yes its bad...
o bhai what is the price tag
may be 90plus
I think rather than giving CG-125 a hard time, this YD-125 will pit against the Super Power SP-125. Its just a superficial face lift, the technology and mechanical design is ancient. Im not excited........ its not a Yamaha......its DYL.....nothing special.
Bikes don't leak oil, they mark their territory.
awsome..like its headlight...how will it look on piaggio....but i m disappointed becoz of no self start
