I oftenly see a bike named ELECTRO WIN on the way to my office.

Yesterday I stopped the biker for the Utility Box but then disccussed the bike in detail and asked it's specs and price i.e hereunder for your interest please:

    1. NO PETROL2. Plug In at your Home & Ride for 60KM
    3. Easy to operate (No Clutch, No Gears)
    4. No maintenance
    5. Time saving
    6. Better driving experience
    7. User friendly
    8. No noise
    9. Unique and distinctive look
    10. No Pollution
    11. Safe due to no engine exhaust burns

The person told me that the battery takes 4 hours to charge and it does 60Kms.

The price of this bike he told me is 84000/- and exclusively available at Guard Group Raiwind Road.

However the bike is of Chineeses origin and the company imports it directly.

There are bunch loads of critics in every street of Pakistan. If you dont like it dont buy it, suddenly you have become a better business analyst than Guard company which has a good repute and is a million dollar company. either they are stupid or you are too smart...

This can definitely be a game changer.
@vicky's reservations are justified to an extent especially in the current scenario when you can't bet on electricity availability.

However great patience from Racer7, a true sales rep, doing an excellent jobs. Any fresh marketers out there - learn.

the reason they are everywhere is china is that petrol bikes are banned in some of the big cities. And also you can easily find charging facility and roadside mechanics. In pakistan right now its a bad idea with energy crisis. The battery life decreases over the time which in turns decreases mileage and new batteries are not that cheap.i had a electric one in china it was alot of trouble for me. When i bought it the seller was telling me top speed is 60 in reality it would go to 40 with alot of patience and prayers.Charging time was 6 to 8 hours dnt remeber exactly. Battery had a one year warranty and a new battery from the same shop was for 900 rmb. Which makes it something like 13000 Rs. Those who want to buy make sure about everything with the dealer and their services. Best of luck

Electric vehicles is not the answer. If you want sustainable renewable energy powered vehicle which costs less than fossil fuel to operate and costs almost the same then support Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology. Its the future......and I likey likey!

One thing is sure that these bikes can never replace petrol bike.
50-60Km is just not enough, and even for that it needs 8 hour charging.
Batteries degrade with time, after 10K km the mileage comes down to 30. And don't ask about winter, winter affects the mileage severely.
The bike i had in china costed me 40K rupees. Batteries alone cost about 15000.
Only reason i had electric bike was due to licence requirement in china. You don't need a driving licence to ride electric bike.

Almost everyone in Pakistan is doing corruption to the extent they can. Our leaders are doing at the level they can do. So why should we complain?

Apologies man. I never knew being a sales representative was considered such a humiliating and 'negative' profession.
