Sell it. Buy something else. Because the engine which u will buy have only check warranty. No Return. As far as i know.

You cannot find a new Honda CD70 engine. And the aftermarket Chinese engines available in market are not worth it.
Your Engine is heating too much means that oil is not being pumped properly which might be causing your piston and rings to heat up and melt.

I will strongly suggest you to go to a Good Honda Authorized Service Center and get the complete engine rebuilt again. They will use the best parts for your engine and you will not be having any problems with this engine again.

I also had the same problem and had to rebuild the engine 3 times in a month.

if you tell what parts were changed after each overhaul we would give u more educated guess ..
also during refitting was any sealant used ?
is its oil pump ok ? bearings valves etc needs to be checked as well ..
and waht were the problems after each overhaul .. and when did they start occuring ?

I have a Honda 100 and only recently its muffler has started to give black smoke. I discussed it with an Antenna Dealer mechanic, he asked me to let it be like this for the time being as the problem is not severe yet, and when it does become severe, he recommended me to have the ring-piston pair and the HEAD replaced then. He advised to replace head too because he said having it sleeved would cause it to become overheated.

Any metallurgy experts here can comment better, but I think head needs replacement because the material to be used in sleeving the head cylinder is different from the material used in the cylinder itself. This difference may be the cause of uncontrolled heating of the engine head.

So, did you have the head sleeved or replaced with a new one?

If you have decided to swap the engine and not rebuild it again.....then swap it with a chinese 70cc clone engine. In karachi they are readily available however I have no idea where to find it in Peshwar. Brand new 70cc engine will set you back arround 8-10k. I checked the prices here about an year ago and back then sellers were asking 8k. I think for the peace of mind these engine are one heck of a bargain. If you change the oil on time and treat them well they wont trouble you for 35,000km. Atleast mine didnt.

mene kabi socha na tha CD70 bhi kisi ko khapa sakti hai ...

by the way that is not a CD70 engine didnt you read the complete post of him ? its a quad bike engine and it has no gears and its not a 70cc engine ...

what you only need is a good mechnic... who can tune your bike right...

swapping engine will ruin the bike from its roots unless you are a professional modifier ... any ways it dependds on you if you want to waste bike and money on swapping.

just a suggestion out of experience...

Its a 110cc automatic transmission engine. If you thinking of swapping the engine........look for a brand new 70cc Chinese clone.....if you cant find one......... get your old engine properly rebuilt. If you can share the details of the last 2 builts....what parts to changed etc etc....maybe we can help diagnose the core issue.....

that means you are going to some non expert mechanic or bad service center of Honda and he has assembled the engine badly ... try you friends ask them in your locality where they get there bike done go with them to find good mechnic..

from what you are explaining I think your oil Pump is not working so If i were you I will not ride it untill mechnic makes sure if the oil is properly pumped in bike engine .. becuase riding a bike in this condition can lead again to next engine seize ... or chamber explosion..

bike gets over heated even if fuel adjustment is wrong or if the plug gap is not proper, or if the ignition coil is bad ... given that your CD70 is quite old any of this can be a posiblity in worst case some of a rotating parts must be grinding against each other ....
