vickytulla thanks for you suggestions i searched on internet and found the gap of plug to be .6to .7 mm adjusted it with feeler gauge it was more than 1mm adjusted the air/fuel mixture over all bike is performing better than before starting is improved the other thing tappet clearance for this engine according to manual is 0.05 mm the are way too tight than 0.05mm mechanic adjusted them without gauge once i i adjusted them to 0.05mm before rebuild the mechanic said tappets are too lose should i adjust them to 0.05mm or leave them as it is

its utmost impoortant to adjust the clearnce within specs .. so u should set the tappets at .05mm for both ex and in .. if its still not improving then set in to .05 and ex to .08mm ..

Adjust tappets according to the manual.
Also check for exhaust (Silencer) for if it is choked. choked exhaust may also cause overheating.
Prepare for the worst, Hope for the best.

    catastrophe..

1: hope you would have cleaned the mating surfaces .. i.e. b/w cylinder and crankcase (which i doubt u have done ) // and head and cylinder.

2: you have removed the head but not the cylinder .. did u loosened the nut that is holding the cylinder to the crankcase ? its importoant for proper allignment ...

3: most important .. you are using the shittttttttttttteist every "Head Gasket" do not use this one . use the fiber gasket .. this is damn thick and you will loose a lot on compression ratio .. i had practical experience with it. since you are doint it yourself . i would recomend you to pry that gasket sheets seperate and use first only one thin metalic sheet as a head gasket and if it doesnt the valves doesnt hits the piston or piston doesnt hits the head .. then it will give u awesome compression . and hence power .. do dry run it .. i.e. after proper tightening of the bolts rotate the flywhell then .. if u are sure that there is sufficent clearance then try using few kicks with ignition off .. if there is no bad sound then it means that there is sufficient cleanrnce . then try runing it ..

if one sheet is not giving you enough clearance . then use two sheets .. ( jo steel type ki hothi hain) .. if you still have issue with clearance with two sheets which in my opinion is unlickely .. then use the fiber one ..

4: use little but enough curil between gaskets for perfect seal .

5: tighten the head nuts in a criss cross fashion .. tighten in equal amount .. do not tight them in one go ..

Hmmm. Next time use curil. In my experience is better then silicone.

Mechanics dont know of compression ratio. Stock gaskets is thinner then this one. Even then the fiber one.

Bike was heating up again talked to a friend he told me of his trusted mechanic which was their old mechanic from the time of his father so went to him he said I will need to open the head cylinder and to my surprise he inspected and said 50 number piston is installed and even 100 is lose in this cylinder according to his advice I opted for brand new cylinder and 0 size piston and rings and he said ther is a problem with cam shaft also replaced cam shaft and cam was lose in the head so head has been sent to machine shop he said that if the head comes back today bike will be ready by evening
