    Cool Bike Alterations

    Dear one as now a days in market many bikes are running with low to high alterations(Head cylinders, Sprockets, Carburetor), so want to discuss all the possible alterations and that those Alterations are capable of worth or just waste of time and money,

    Secondly what are the advantages and Disadvantages,

    e.g....


    1. Its fully Alter..
    Easily Beat Honda 125 and Fight Alter Honda 125.
    Cylinder 107.
    Star Alter Head with Big valve.
    Alter Sprocket.
    Alter weight.
    New Tyre.
    New Battery.
    Wiring Properly Work.
    Front Style look like a Chopper.
    Front Long Jumps.
    Double pump Original Dubai Carburetor of CB 180

    2. Only engine, full alter on 125 cg peace, &, head , cylinder 200, weight stroke 7mm, piston 250

    Yes dear this is the right configuration. Did try alter ones. But in less torque was not there. And in more ones speed was not available so stock ones are good

    do all such alterations end up with alteration work in braking system ?
    if u put a lot of power in a 70cc frame etc
    then, how many wld like to know it's result on braking?
    wld u b able to stop same way? has your braking system improved too ?

    My favorite topic Hello @vicky bhai @ asjdm bhai star head is same as E22 head, but its Cam is different means timing is different @malikG... yeah u can boost up the brakes of 70cc tooo if u want to... @OP yeah u can easily beat CG with very few alterations in ur stock 70cc engine but in long chase CG will be much ahead wd u as CG has very clear low end as compared to 70cc.. hope it makes evry thing clear... I don't think u can have bigger valve in a star head...for lowring up the SQUISH BAND here kharadia/leth walay uses generator valve which makes bike initial pick very strong but low end or they increase up the size of head valve seat and guides

    i have never seen or found star head in pindi ..
    i asked for it and most said saray 78 cc walay ma star ka head hi hotha ha .. and in my case it was having e22 and they said its star head .. which bikes uses start head ?

    so which bike uses it . can u elaborate more on it ..
    also if there is only the cam difference then is it possible to use star head cam in e22 head cam ?
    and where can one find it .. what should one speak to the shopkeers ?

    also how the differnce affects the performance ?

    bhai star head who head hai jo kay 107cc engine mein lag kar ata hai. now u get it ??? aur y ppl named it star head bcz in 2005 DEEWAN MOTORS introduced this head in its STAR 70cc cdi bike which was equipeed with 78cc engine but was much more powerful as compared to other 78cc engine bikes... Hopes it makes u clear nw + bht saari aur cheezein thi jis nay us 2005 model STAR 70 ko bht fast banaya like CRANK+ Top Gear+Clutch rotation, the Star head alone isn't tht much capable for making tht particular model tht much fast...

    simple formula which DEEWAN APPLIESS
    High Compression doesn't make huge difference if ur engine is not capable for giving tht much wheel rotation...
    In simple words one can say HIGH + Fast RPM + HIGH ROTATION POWER= Perfect Output or Peak power

    If u have money then u can have a mini pocket rocket. Hv send many ALTER engines to QUETTA. have u seen sum races of 4 valve 70cc wd GTO alter + CG alter ??? 70Alter kau engines bht bhejein hain QUETTA mein nay 124-150-200-250 4 valve

    Salam.

    Guys I own 70cc super power (2006 model). It has star head. The sprocket are not genuine as my mechanic fitted some time ago but I don't remember their number (I think they are 14-36...maybe). Everything else is genuine even engine is sealed.

    But the problem is that my bike heats up very quickly and the max speed becomes 30-40 after 1 hour of fast riding. I change oil every month and the bike is in good shape overall. Is there any solution for the excessive heating? maybe the sprockets settings?

    I would really appreciate your help. Thanks.

    now that is some real serious info .
    so is the dewan 78 still the same one ? and is the cam of star still availale? and is the same one ?


    dewan has something to do with BMW cars as well ?

    the deewan star was the first chonda & it brought the chonda revolution
    CD70 ki toh band baja de thi no doubt it was fastest chonda

    but don't know why deewan motors finished motorcycle business & now are selling BMW's

    Deewan motor has discontinued it bike production in 08.. New star head isn't available ry8 nw... 107 aur star walay head mein difference yay hai kay 107 ka SQUISH BOwl thora bara hai aur Star ka woi e22 wala. Hope u get the point...Y star was much more faster then other chondas....

    Star wasn't the first byk in Chondas.. First bike was Pak Here which was launched in 2001, Then JIALING in 2002, Then unique, Then Laser, Then Star,superstar, Asia Hero and bla bla bla. But Star takes the lead in all manners, then second fastest bike was Jialing, Then DYL DHOOM

    thanks for the correction bro but star gets the credit that it very well satisfied its customer
    which attracted & compelled honda lovers also to buy this bike so it played crucial role in chonda revolution
    maine bhi pehle chonda bike jiske tareef suni thi ke zabardast bike hai buhat fast hai woh Star hai
