    Default Cg 125 suffocating

    Assalam Alaikum PW's
My cg 125 point is suffocating(ghut rhi hai) on sudden acceleration and on high speed.
I've changed it's air filter, plug also cleaned the carburator but problem persists. engine is in healthy condition.
    what should I do now?

The bold characters and high font size is considered as shouting in professional forums.
The one thing that unites all human beings, regardless of age, gender, religion, economic status, is that, deep down inside, we all believe that we are above-average drivers.

    Three problems:

    1. Check the air filter, and clean it or change it

    2. Check the fuel filter (If any)

    3. Check the tappets, they must be loose and give some tik tik sound. If they are to tight it feels like bike is ghut ghut ke chal rahi hai.

Usman bhai its a pointer, are you sure point is properly configured.. point bike aksar GHUT ker tab chalti hai Jab Point timing advance per firing ker rha ho ... point setting k mechnic ab bothu thoray reh gaye hain ... achay mechnic say point set kerwao CG ajkal ki CDI gariyon say zayada khul ker bhagay gee.. InshAlLAH..

Another problem you must check .. please check its slow Jet becuase if it is corroded or if it is not flowing due to kachra then it also chokes the bike..

Rev the bike heard in second gear and then let go of the accelerator. If you hear small 'patakha' noise while the bike decelerates, it means that the mixture is too lean. You can then increase the petrol flow a bit.

Today I increase it's float level so that bowl gets filled to max. capacity, now it's running smooth in 2nd gear but on 3rd when I gave sudden acceleration then on 6500rpm it gives some jhatka then runs.
    what should I do now?
    I've also changed it's condensor

it seemed you have played with its carb ..

if u cant set it then buy another aftermarket carb .. its damn cheap and works wonders ..

buy future carb .. they are wonderfull .. Crown Lifan are the 3rd class (in fact 3rd++) carbs at least in the 70cc category .. hope that would sort the issue ..

but how this issue initally started .. that would give some hint on where to look for its solution ..

Changing carburetor is not a good option coz its jet, seals and float are all fine, just need a proper setting
    This issue started after tuning,
I pointed out this problem to mechanic but he didn't fix the problem completely.

I am having the same problem with all my little knowledge i couldn't fix it i than i took it to the mechanic .
he allmost 2hours on its float .
but the condition is almost the same .
The actual problem is with its float function over-flooding &or below level ....

You were very much right. I spent almost 3500~4000(new condenser, plug, magnet, plate, 3 times tuning ) and finally ustaad's (mechanic) mind worked and he told me to change carburetor. I'll purchase it tomorrow future carb with big bore. Hope and pray everything gets fine after this investment.
