I think not possible 80km/L. I have personal experience with these new CHONDA's 70.. they only give 45- 50 km/L

    I could get 60 km/lit from my 2012 CD70 if ridden below 50km/h,
Increase the speed and mileage dropped into 50s/lit.

80 hogi laikin test envirnment me . not in real ..

however if u ride on straight road with upto 60kg rider weight and ride it in full economy speed non stop non hindernace .. it may give u quite high mileage .. may be 70kmpl.. but i am not sure . mine this figure may be high /low .

but 80 is certaily very very high and impossible figure .. can trust it.

Believe it or not but back in 2008 when I bought my Unique UD-70, after the break in I use to manage 90-100KM/L.
Its doable. I still ride the same bike today......however the fuel efficiency decreased from the phenomenal 90KM/L to 40km/l......however the primary reason for such decrease is not engine condition but my riding style.

I had favorable conditions on my side..... like:
    Straight well maintained roads.
    Very low traffic.
    Extremely cautious riding.
Using momentum to the fullest AKA almost no braking.

Back in the college days.... I was living on pocket money...so in order to save on petrol I use to ride extremely efficiently......My freinds use to call me EFI.....

Well anyways...gone are the days..... I dont have that much patience now...... What im trying to say is..... petrol average dont just depend upon the engine...infact my experience is.....it depends mostly on the rider.

last year i did a test that had some how optimal conditions and i think i achieved 63-65kmpl on 78cc dhoom stock engine .. however if situtations were more favourable i could have done 70kmpltr.. as i would drive 1km then take a u turn then again u turn ..

i got i think 6.3km in 100cc fuel .. (fuel was measured using syringe .. so very accurate) and carb was emptied like a thirsty sand in sahara desert .. and the distance measured using gps and google earth .. a patch of 1km almost straight was used .. and i would go from point A to B and back .. and every time i would reach point a or b and i took u turn i would look the fuel level ..

this was when i had replaced its jets with same number jets .
