many mishaps can be avoided only by obeying line & lane rules.
we change lanes every time without any notice so . . .

In 2003 when I've got my learner licence, I read all road signs and kept in mind (more than 150 road signs)
On the day of driving test after clearing my MCQ test, supervisor called me for road sign test
I was astonished to see the Road Sign chart which they have got for test purpose
There were more than 250 road sign on that chart

Majority was failed to read road signs.... Alhumdulillah I've got my licence on first attempt

i agree with everyone that this is a very good step taken. seriously i see people riding bikes without helmets, changing lanes without even looking and they don't even have side mirrors, going with their children , wife , mother and they don't even give a damn about the safety of their family. but still i see people making fun of side mirrors and saying that i don't like them and the same they say for helmets as well. no matter how much we convince them, they wont accept it because they are just not aware that what can happen without all these things. i really appreciate your work and hope that your campaign goes successful and hope to see such campaigns in Karachi as well. keep up the good work

Few days ago was coming back from office on my brand new CG. Speed was just 35kms/hr when suddenly a CD70 guy crossed me on a turn over, don't exactly know what happened to him he suddenly pushed the brakes and i was behind him, unfortunately i pressed front brake and lost my control over my bike and slipped away and my head slamed into side wall impact was high although was wearing helmet but for a moment i became unconscious. Thanks to Military Police Guy who came and took me to CMH. I got minor scratches on elbow, knees and a little cut on my shoulder, but HELMET saved my life.

    ^^ oh no thats sad..

thanks helmet was there to minimize the damage.

wish you a quick recovery .. and hope all others wil also use safety gears at least a bare minimum is helmet and some decent shoes one which have realy big fat soul and strong grip..

also your speed was very reasonable . had it been high it might have gone from bad to worse .. and that is one reason why i always recomend the safety speed limit of bikes to 60km/hr ..

thanks and wish u quick and complete recovery.

good step... talking about safety... most people out there on the roads don't even know about the lanes and zebra crossing... they think its for road decoration... i hv been rammed two times by cars which changed the lanes without any indication... got saved by helmet..

the first and foremost step should be to spread traffic rules awareness..
