I think there is some NOC required for travelling through sindh... A fellow pakwheeler didn't know about it and hence on his way back to Lahore he was robbed by all the police Chokies in the way...
He was deprived of all of his money and all this experience was v.torturous done by the police to him... He did not had any penny left! He was very upset and terrified... Police cruisers even chased him, so it was pretty intense...
On the other hand I must say travelling on bike, alone has safety issues so I won't recommend it...
Do carry a licensed pistol if u wonna go... Carry money but hide it, take plastic money with you too...
Overall it's not going to be pleasant at all.. 1500kms is meant for proper cruiser bike, not these... Ud be hell tired, with a broken back...!
I recommend using Honda cg125 deluxe as it is comfortable, it has disc brakes for emergency situation and engine parts are shared with cg125 classic so no worries of availability....
Make sure u have rear view mirrors, a good helmet with new/clean visor, fresh engine oil at start, good rubber on tires, well cleaned air filter or new... low pressure air in tires to make it comfortable and tappets should be perfectly done by a specialist... Wrong tappets settings and continuous high speed operation will damage ur engine surely.... Carry a tire puncture repair kit and extra tube with you too...
Recomended is to keep draining ur engine oil after every 750kms and take all the required oil (bought from authorised dealer) along with u since the beginning of the joueney... Bcoz u might not get good quality and original oil in the way... Hence u need total 4 bottles of oil!
(1500 + 1500) / 750 = 4
Ideal travelling time would be 7am-6pm max! And a big no to travelling at night! Take 15mins break after every 2hrs..
Also wear a reflective and bright upper... It would keep ur shirt clean and would make u more visible!
A weak horn is no horn!!
