    Question 70cc Carbauter

    Hello Friends my ny 70cc motercycle my mukhtalif kisam k carbauter dekhay hy for example Pz16 Pz22 Pc09H my yeh janna chahta hun k in my kia fark hy or in my sy kon sa speeding k liya acha hy please comment i am waiting Thanks

    pz16 is good for pick and acceleration.. it is also identified by pc9h
    pz22 is the best carburetor .. it gives excellant top speed and pick and average..
    i am using an aftermarket pz22 and am realy satisfied with it .. i am using it with free flow cone type air filter

    new euro 2 7cc bikes ar using cd 100 type carbs .. they are awesome carbs,, i have no practical experiece with them .. but i would rate them equal to pz22. in their stock settings.

    this is normal carb .. its same as pz16

    for better speed you can try using pod filter .. which is available at 150rs maximum .. and then you buy one filter lota and use the lower pipe of that lota and attach the cone type filter and up the needle in the carb .. you may get some good response ..from your bike .

    for some more improvements you can go with a pz22 with that filter

    mery hero70 pe PZ22 stock carb aya tha . ye sab se best carb hy mery khayal main fuel average and speed k liay.

    kuch di pehlay mainy 100rs ka petrol dalwaya baharia phaze 7 ky bahar se our dameny koh KY PASS 1 RESTURANT gya phir wapas ays isi petrol pump tak. map pe distance 36+36 km = 72 km banta hy .

    main full speed main gya tha lekin wapas 40 ki speed se aya tha .

    with these spec : 15th front sprocket , 38 rear sprocket , carb main jet 72, slow 32 , needle in the middle.

    our 100km/h + byke ny mara ho ga im definate.

    but it is having a serious issue from 2months.
    if i put 85 mainjet in it it runs TooRICH. (BLACK PLUG , BLACK SMOCK)

    I HAVE TRIED EVERY THING EXAMPLE : REMOVING THE AIRBOX, LOWERING THE NEEDLE, DECREASING THE FUEL LEVEL IN FLOAT BOWL, CLEANING IT, SETTING ITS MIXTURE EVEN I TOOK IT TO STUPID MECHANICS THEY TOO 150RS, 80 RS. FOR NOTHING JUST WASTED MY TIME . AND THE RESULTS ARE THE SAME 0N 85MAIN JET (I HAVE TRIED 3 DIFFERENT 85 MAINJETS).


    BEFORE IT RUN PERFECTLY, BUT NOW IT RUNS GOOD 0N 72MAINJET.

    ANY IDEA SHALL I TRY REPLACING THE NEEDLE JET...

    Why you needed rejetting if it was ok on 72 main jet?
    Is it hero turbo or simple.. Is it 78cc cylinder or 72cc cylinder one.

    What were stock?
    You need to play with different jets to dial them in

    I got it and the problem is resolved actually the main jets collection which i possess were local desi mall, now i have found tiwani brand it has fine finishing and the jets are a little bit smaller in over all sizes, and i look them closely they have a little bit different shapefrom inside .

    I brought 80 numbered tiwani mainjet and it is running great with this. shows correct spark plug color.

    nup Its not turbo and 72cc on cylinder, pilot jet 32 (all stock) . stocK jet was 82 but it was broken thats why i was trying other ones. 72 mainjet was lacking in power and there was knocking sound in low rpm thats why i was trying larger number main jets.

    bro asjdsm need ur advice. strange problem with my hero which is almost 10k driven arisen after cleaning carb, as when i go downhill hold clutch the rpm behaves abnormally it goes up and down(race increases and decreases itself even when i released accelerator.
    what could be possible problem?
    i changed main get from stock 85 to 72 other jet is all stock i.e 32 pilot i guess. problem solved to much extent but still it does but still little bit rpm rises.
    btw its 72cc cylinder one.

    there is another problem too a little kar kar sound started coming frm engine i took it to a mechanic he said timing chain needed change with its sprockets. do you know any qualified mechanic for this job? and from where parts can be brought at reasonable prices in rwp/isb? which brand and how much cost? do i go for it as the engine is only 10k driven.
    mechanic showed me a sprocket of plastic and said this is it needed to change and i was wondering that a plastic part in engine. he also added i need 500 for this job.

    bro basically this prob arisen a while ago when i went to g.10 shell pump for oil change the a***ole guy opened timing chain spring nut and all of sudden the timing chain spring and something with it came out all of sudden he putted back that spring first and a block like thing after it, when after changing oil i started bike it made a loud noise and the spring got strucked somewhere, after lot of efforts that spring came out and i need to put i new one there, after this accident sound frm engine started coming. the nearby road side mech said that timing chain need a change now, need ur advice bro

    Although asjdsm is an expert regarding this, but here are my 2 cents.

    To me the first one looks like a mixture issue, a simple screw adjustment should fix this.
    Throttle altering on it's own, could also mean something wrong with the throttle cable coming from handle attached on top of the carburetor better get it checked and possibly replaced.

    Well changing sprockets at 10k is a bit early but this thing depends a lot on how you have been riding it.
    The best place to buy it (commonly known as chain gerrari set) is Muhammadi Autos Commitee Chowk.

    Now i bought from them about 2 months ago, and they showed me two types.
    • One was the genuine one, which comes on AHL CD70. The shopkeeper said it is only genuine in name and is made locally by AHL worth Rs850.
    • The second one he had was Malaysian or Thailand don't exactly remember the country and he said that it was imported, it's packing was quite impressive and i decided to go for it worth Rs950. I have been using it for 2 months and the results are awesome. So i suggest you do as well


    As far as mechanic is concerned i had it installed from HONDA XPERT autos, which are approx 100m ahead in the same line as Muhammadi autos. (There are two combined shop honda city autos and honda expert autos). I was satisfied with their work but the labor was a bit expensive.

    Going on main jet from 85 to 72 is a huge jump. Added to i it is the fact that most after market jets are not accurate according to the numbering. So i would suggest resetting the jet to its stock number.

    However the issue of race going up and down in itself might be due to the spring and race cable. Make sure it's free to move.

    Remove the carb from bike and look into it from the air filter side while the race cable is still attached to it. Fully rotates the race and s see if the slide in carb is fully lifted and then release the race to see if the slide sits flush.

    The cable and spring might be getting stuck somewhere.

    Regarding the timing chain issue I doubt you will need replacement.

    It might need readjustment. Do from good mechanic.

    Good shops are mohamdi autos and moon autos.

    bro about jet is that i took out from other carb for only testing purposes so quality is super fine, so the testing phase ran good much of abnormal race problem solved but still there is, i readjust its mixture settings and adjusted to very lean mixture so its giving me a bit probs like it halls sometimes, tuning it myself so it can give me good average of fuel (after effects of expensive fuel).
    on the other hand bike is now low on pick but thats ok as i don't race. and also its giving me a engine starting issue(need more kicks earlier 1 kick start)
    btw fuel average increased but not yet calculated how much give me a quick trick to calculate it.

    regarding abnormal race thing i was thinking about that spring as i checked every thing in carb still clue less now ill change that spring and check like you said.

    bro timing chain can be readjusted? mechanics only say here that it needs replacement cant b adjusted.
    bro when ever im driving bike on constant speed engine is giving me sound like goon goon goon goon what it could be? timing chain readjustment? and tic tic tic from tappets appeared just after mech had readjusted tappets and said timing chain making noise.

    bro where is this mohamadi auto and moon auto on muree road i mean any sign, is it before underpass or after it while going to saddar frm isb?

    bro timing chain can be readjusted? mechanics only say here that it needs replacement cant b adjusted.
    bro when ever im driving bike on constant speed engine is giving me sound like goon goon goon goon what it could be? timing chain readjustment? and tic tic tic from tappets appeared just after mech had readjusted tappets and said timing chain making noise.

    Before the under pass to the right side. . These are very famous shops anyone will tell you.
    Also in leaning the mixture for better economy you are doing much damage to your engine. Most damage to engine is caused at staying time because at that time there is no lube on moving parts and hence a lot of wear and tear.

    The more kicks it takes to stay the bike the more it will be damaged quickly.

    I would recommend use stock jetting ans just raise the c clip in the jet needle one notch above. That will lower the needle and restrict petrol flow at economy speed.

    Regarding the noises I am not sure how to solve it. When the mechanics says it can't be adjusted they might be under the impression that it's due to normal aging process. Tell them how it started.
