Cool Dragon USA Mountain Bike Euro-5

Salam Everyone With the grace of Allah, i have purchased another 2 wheeler.
Since Winter is coming up and now in the evening usually very pleasant breeze is blowing. One day i went out on my bike in the evening and don't know why this breeze reminded me of those good old cycling days.
So i decided to buy one to enjoy short rides whenever weather is good.

Earlier i always used Sohrab Bicycle, but this time i wanted something with a bit of style. So i went to my old sohrab cycle mechanic and asked him about some good shop for mountain bikes and reached there.

There was wide variety available. The one with gears, and with disc brakes and even with front dual shock absorbers and rear mono shock absorber. I thought, hell these cycles are more gadget loaded than our bikes . Fully "Gadget" loaded model was for 12K. I inquired a little and thought why would i need shock absorbers at 20Km/h on asphalt and disc brakes also looked like shashka only, it wasn't a proper hydraulic disk brake. Same went for gears, i thought why would i need gears to utilize my 1-MP (man power)

So finally i ended up getting a basic fixed gear version for 8K.
It passes the criteria of currently implemented Euro-5 emission standard with flying colours.

    AOA
gull brother CONGRATS on another purchase of two wheels.
This reminds me of my bike, my father gave me his bicycle, it had gears and a proper speedometer
I used to do a bit of drag racing in it . I would conquer every other bicycle, rickshaws and sometimes even 70 riders.
due to gear system i would easily cruise at 60 kph

60kph haan... given that our motorcycles meters are also quite inaccurate usually, can't really trust the cycle meter
Check via GPS and tell us

Oh yes i am taking care of it. Not taking it beyond 20Km/h yet
    what are puncture free tyres
I hate inaccurate speedos on bikes so it's a good thing that it doesn't have it. One less thing to worry about.

For now maintaining 15-20Km/h, haven't checked top speed yet.

bro i don't have much about bikes but i remember in my childhood
i had a bike and its tyres were puncture free i am not talking about kids bike
i don't know if those kinda tyres are coming these days or may be even better technology
tyres are introduced after 7th class i am off from bikes its been many years i am away from bikes
so i really have no info about what now happening in bikes

bro i saw a boy was riding bike and had disc brake i am little bit surprised
you were not impressed by disc brake of bike i was very happy to see disc brake
in that bike i though it must be much better performing than those little rubber brakes

As i told these aren't proper hydraulic disk brakes. It uses the same wire pulling mechanism as in classic rubber brakes. That's why it didn't get my attention. Also the disc being used looked very fragile to me. That's why i didn't take it. Though it sure looked cool.

Don't underestimate these little rubber brakes. These have enough braking power to lift the rear tyre with little maneuver.

I have already sold the bike in 2011, but its accuracy was tested by comparing it to corolla , we were going side to side at 60 kph
and after that i ran out of clear road but i think i could have taken it to max of 70-75 kph

Wow! Congratulations! What is the manufacturer recommended break-in period for this beauty? Do not push it beyond 30 km/h

Ahhh, you tempt me into restoring my Taiwanese made mountain bike with 4 front and 7 rear gears Man I am getting it restored on Saturday Now let's see whether my "susti" or the restore wins

Hahaha... dual suspension bike with ur bums acting as the suspension! The bigger ur bums! The softer the ride

Congrats bro... Good thing! Exercise bhi aur old memories bhi... its been a long time I havent even sit on a bycycle again! Last time i just sat to check and the first thing i realsied was how hard and small its seat was! Really a pain in the behind! Then i realized how i used to have a smaller behind earlier and how as a kid oone is so crazy about a bycycles Lol!

If u have good roads around ur home then i shud have bycycle for bying small stuff and exercise bhi ho jati ha... good step!
