Better stick with stock one. The stock battery and Horn from AHL works good. Usually 45 pressure in rear tyre is sufficient ..

stick to the air pressure mentioned on chain cover of the bike.
Values are given for solo rider, and with pillion rider as well. Since you have 100kg+ on bike, follow the values given for "Double Sawari"

I think for a 2.75 tyre, 40 PSI is recommended for doubling.
Bigger tyres require less PSI, as 90/90 i am using recommends 35 PSI max.
Also have a 100/90 tyre which requires 32 PSI max.
So it varies with tyre size.

Iv no idea why the hell people are suggesting so big batteries?? Kia apne truck start karna ha ispe? Ya ghar ka ups bhi chalana ha?

Bro get an AGS battery.. Get its first charging done at slow amperes as mentioned on its leaflet...

AGS 3amp battery is good enough, get a car's old horn kabli, ask electrician to fit a relay and u would get a loud car horn even with weak battery due to relay installed.

500-600rs men kam mukao, 15-15,18-18 amp ki battery lagana is funny... I don't think it would even fit! Even if u want bigger battery then find a 7-8 amp battery dry/wet it's more than enough... Ur bikes charging system is not designed to charge a big battery... Wo bhi discharge hojae gi ultimately?

And if ur wiring isn't short from any where or grounded thru touching the frame/body... Then choti battery bhi fully charged raegi...

Battery drain Tabi hoti a bar bar jab wiring short ho ya earth milra ho usy aur current waste hora ho!

As you aren't using stock tyre, so follow whatever max is mentioned on the tyre.
