Cool My New Ride UD100, please say MashAllah

Aoa guys ..After selling my sp deluxe LINK i was all set for a piaggio but after visiting market i saw there's no hope for it, atleast in KHI .. the bike just vanished ... So after much searching and checking other bikes, I finally settled down with unique UD100, as it has got the best value for money .... it was facing some production issues last year and the bike became rare but now its in mass production and finally no issue of spares, services whatsoever ...

It has got all the options a biker can imagine in its wild imagination like,

    Disc Brake
    Powder coated Alloy rims
    Self Starter
    Engine start/Kill switch
    Flash/Dipper switch
    Handle lock in ignition switch
    Choke assembly on handle bar
    RPM,Fuel indicator
    Big glove box
Stylish safeguard on Double cradle frame
    Battery powered Headlight
    Huge capacity Fuel tank

except 2,3 thing, all the above mentioned options were not available in my previous deluxe ... also the suspension on this bike is on a par with cd100, which hv got the best suspension in local bikes ... i also really like its seat cover, as its not like usual plain rexin cover but the rider area is specially designed so that the rider keep glued to the seat, doesn't slip away back and forth... a problem which i faced many times in deluxe while using disc brake and i had to cut off the seat ....

They hv changed the meter in 2013 model and now it looks very good ...overall build quality is very good... only 2 CONS i found so far ...

Fuel gauge hv some calibration issues ..
Indicators looks good but they are long and very fragile ... i broke one already will change them with some other ...

    Pics ....

what is the bike's kerb weight?Unfortunately UD-100 has no market in Rawalpindi.Only a handful of zero meter rides are available, rest all all used 1s on sale.Unique has goot market in KHI, too bad they suck in potohar region.
The one thing that unites all human beings, regardless of age, gender, religion, economic status, is that, deep down inside, we all believe that we are above-average drivers.

that's bad ...maybe situation gets better there ... it was the same scenario in KHI last year ... not even a single 0 meter UD was available and used were selling for even more price then the new one ... but now they hv started the production on larger scale ... in KHI, now its available on every single showroom ....

bro i rode it on partial wet roads and not only they are beautiful, the grip of these tyres is really good ... specially the rear tyre is much better in grip then service tyre which comes in deluxe, no matter how hard i brake it never skids ... however, the real performance on wet conditions can only be checked in rain ... so we'll hv to wait for that

    front tyre

You should try to push for piaggio, as self-start feature might get your dad interested.

very nice purchase bro MASHALLAH. welcome to the UD100 group. i am also a proud owner of it. very nice bike as my experience , yes it may feel little under-power some times but the fact that it turn heads every time , where ever you go and it is very comfortable for long rides. plus the fuel average is also quite good, mine is giving 55 km/l . some pics of my ride.My New Ride UD100 plz Say MashAllah! -1280306My New Ride UD100 plz Say MashAllah! -1280307My New Ride UD100 plz Say MashAllah! -1280308
