    Default Misfiring issue

    A.O.A PW's my cg 125 1989 has given me too hard time since I purchase it . It's misfiring issue hasn't solved yet. Carburetor tuning is perfect(jets, float, idle etc etc)
    I changed it's
    1. spark plug
    2. filter
    condenser
    4. magnet(genuine ND japan 91 model)
    Now my mechanic is saying that its the magnet plate winding that needs replacement, although its copper colour is still fine but he told me that when winding gets loosen then it needs to be replaced. So should I go with his decision???
    Or you guys have another opinions otherwise. @vicky, @aximaxim,

    If its converted to CDI, Your Plug gap or Pulsar gap needs to be adjust.. its a minor issue. I think ab tak ap nay sahi bhi kerwa liya ho ga ...
    what kind of mis fires op is talking of? if its missing then may be plug coil or cdi unit (if its cdi ) what you say

    If plug or Pulsar gap is to mich then it misses to fire the chamber in high rpm and stalls or makes a fires late and sound off bullet is created through silencer in CDI CGs... same effect is happened if point is not adjusted in pointers..

    it can also happen if plug is short/worn out.

    today I opened its cover and started the bike, I noticed that there is a little spark in point, Is it ok or the point needs adjustment?

    It only misfires(jerking/ missing) not backfire

    ok that means point needs to be adjusted and cleaned as well and also need to check the Plug Gap... find you self any old mechninc who knows how to tune the point and clean it.. its a small issue.

    Yar guys i hav euro 2 cg 125 n whenever i go above 80 n race sy hath uthaun tow aik dam bike pathaka (misfire) marta hy n bike is only driven 3000km n tunning wagra har cheez time py krwata hun main but still this is a problm .. 3 4 mechanc ky check b krwa chua hun but no faida ???

    If you notice a spark on the point faces, the problem is a bad condenser.

    BTW, you know what misfires look like ... look at this where has it thrown the exhaust baffle ... bad morning bad start ...

    New baffle has been installed, sound has become 'obsoletely' fantastic :p
    But with this cut baffle, milove feels lighter ... and mujhay iski awaz ki aadat parri hui hay, wo bilkul dheemi ho jati hay new baffle pe ...
