Thanks @RX115 for taking timeout and visiting today. There were hell lot of technical discussions and some good ideas to..

For the time being iam more concerned for Kawasaki 1500rr engine.

Bikers Lounge (Discussion and Troubleshooting) - 1 131341668l

As i can see in this bike that engine is capable of bearing the load so i assume it can push my RP very smoothly. How about its availability ?>

Just ping me as soon as you get hands on. Iam also looking forward for guide.

    1. Can 2t engine bear the long run beating like (1000km trips)
    2. Spare parts availability

Iam not looking to go crazy. I need engine which can max at 150-160km/h with no engine stress. Iam not going to get crazy. May be i install alloy rims but for the time being i will just swap a engine and keep it neat and clean.

And also please give me price idea or both engines we discussed.

just assume about almost 30 H.P and nothing else hahahahah
availbility of parts is an other issue but if one would seriously go for something new then he can also achieve else related to her....we guys are using more then 30 years old bikes and we still have brand new daba pack original parts with us, KIP k liy parts mai sab se main issue is k piston n rings hon *** agr baki tamam engine good condition mai hoa to phir tenson ki zrorat nhi just you have to search for its over size piston with one extra rings......baki in k gears ka itn aprblem nhi hota, if required con rod can be repair here, clutch plates chek kr k pta chalay ga i hope gto wala size hi hskta ha inka bhi, anyways lets try to lcate it first

we guys realy ride harsh our 2t and mostlly in 1st,2nd n 3rd gear and still we easily do run till almost 20k km on a piston, these kawasaki kips engine are more then powerful n beter then ours, i dont think a good engine of KIPS will stall by you withen 2,3 years, you know speed is not an issue for 2t rather the rpm,s would be so if you ride it like gentleman in first gears then chill,
i am not much confirm abut the exact price of the engine you know kabari market is a market of chal chalao so it all depends but i think 15 to 20k would be enough for these kind of engines

if you are going for any 4stk 125 to 250cc then must go for 4valve single piston, i am quite sure then you feel the difference, and you will have power like 2t and eco like 4t

@sK ... 2strokers aare very Good 'Track' and 'Dirt Drag' engines... and yes it would be a very bad Idea to put a 2T engine to a stress test of a long tour like 1000KM or more... it will give u hard time and expire really soon as 2T are less in life the 4T engines but almost double the power.

First decide what you really want look into details what both engines are good at and what both types are poor at.. then I can propose you any 2T or a 4t engine..

Just remember a 250cc 4T DOHC twin/Single Cylender engine would be capable to push ur ride at 160kmh with light weight alloys rims... any thing less then that cant do the Job and will stress out and create problems...

CB250 20HP engine does 140kmh approx on Dlx with alloys... so to reach 160 you will need at less 10HP more ...

Choice for you would be a Geunine GN250 or a GPZ250 engine or there Chinese replicas which are really good as well. there are many other engines as well but are rare to find... like I saw bajaj KTM 200cc engine in kabar market few months back that was a promising deal as well..

If you are interested in 2strokers dont forget a monster called 'Java Twin' or another is RD350 ... they are snakes from hell.

Kawasaki Eliminator uses the same engine, what seems to be the differfence is that Elimator/Kawasaki Ninja Ex250/GPz250 has a DOHC may be it has more power ... dont know ...

Engine is available with every nuts and bits around 20k and with bends, Carb, airbox, CDI, in simple a complete kit it can cost more... how much I dont know one will have to find out by actually visiting Bilal ganj...

we considered it to put in Dlx but the mechnic refused becuase the biggest Dlx can survive with was CB250... he said it would have been possible if it was a GS150 or a Piaggio but not Dlx.. so we dropped the Idea even we had an option to buy a compltete kit for 25k only ... . ..

we considered it to put in Dlx but the mechnic refused becuase the biggest Dlx can survive with was CB250... he said it would have been possible if it was a GS150 or a Piaggio but not Dlx.. so we dropped the Idea even we had an option to buy a compltete kit for 25k only ... . ..
So how much will be the total cost i fit this engine into RP..

    Labor each and every thing
