Not just the gear box but people also install its head on to 70 cc and it becomes 100 cc. But this is only possible in chonda's with 78cc displacement and not 72cc. Hope this helps

1 - Yes You can INstall a 124cc cylender even 132 is also possible (seen my self)..
2 - There is no room for 5gears, and who told you that qinqi has five gears ? there is some other stuff which is required from qinqi engine and is not related to gear box.. its more related to clutch and fly wheel.
3 - removing tappa/mudguards will make bike more messy specially if raining or muddy road no gain in performance..
4 - CB carb will not work it will choke the Plug.. CG125 carb will work it piston is 110cc or above..

5 - No there are more alterations required to reach 130 and may be a bigger pistion then 124.

remember you cant reach even 100 with only Piston/Cylender change plus you can not install 100/107/109/124cc pistons alone and whole engine will have to be opened and crank along clutch will be replaced as well.. so to alteration you will need a whole doner engine or else it will be a failure..

few pictures from alteration of my 70 ...

all can be altered but the easy altration without opening the crankcase is of 78cc cylinder labeled stock bikes..

reason is that it has same stroke(cylinder lenght) as that of cd100,cd125, or 107/110cc class bikes.
so its just top end swap at most..

    Hi buddies
Has any one installed qingqi cylinder head and Piston ik stock 78cc chonda ? Are cage stud holes and the oil pump hole same?

I am inclined in trying that on my chonda. Because qingqi says its compression ratio is 9.8 to 1. Awesome if is true.

I already have genuine qingqi carb ad an aftermarket Silencer.

I will be using stock timing chain and timing gear of chondas and also stock connecting rod. As stock chonda and qingqi has same stroke.

nahi yar @asjdm aesa hota tu mujhe saray engine ka operation na kerna perta ... maximum for 78cc chonda is 107 after that if you use 109,112,124cc Cylender the Weight is well Big enough in start it was not fitting as it was big then I had to get the center "pally" grinded and tolled by machinist to give spave to Hunge counter Crank weight let me find some picture of that..

    Qingni 100 gearbox in 70 -1317367

We found out cranck casde is not assembling as Crank was fatter the total area in crank case...
    Qingni 100 gearbox in 70 -1317368

Sent it to Machnise he grinded and tooled after taking measurement of Crank and Counter weight and we finally got it assembled...

Vicky bro when you said no was that for the head cylinder swap?

I thought that I would have no issue in putting a qingqi hear and cylinder on my 78 cc dhoom...

What is it that is making this swap impossible.?

Are the studd holes and oil pump hole in qingqi different then those of dhoom?
I am already using qingqi 3 I plate clutch box in it along with qingqi clutch gears.
