Default Road Prince RP70 Problem in Tappet Adjustment

Hi everyone, I adjust tappet of my Road Prince 70cc motorcycle. I use 0.05mm filer guage and adjust flywheel to set piston at Top Dead Center. Now bike stall at when I give throttle I don't know what I did wrong but doubt I use wrong filer guage because on manual it say 0.5mm but on pakwheels I read 0.05 mm please guide me what step I take.

Hmm 70's tappets are set to 0.05mm according to manual. If there is still problem then take it to a good mechanic. Nothing else you can do about it.

its actually china bike. I take it to the mechanic but he adjust tappet without filer guage so I doubt. That's why I want to do it myself but I am confuse because I hear old honda cd 70 has 0.05mm/new 0.1mm and china made 78cm^3 engine has 0.5mm clearance.

New CD70 valve clearance is 0.10mm
Old CD70 valve clearance was 0.5mm
chinese have same clearance as CD70 and new chinese bikes
which have copied engine head of new CD70 may be also having 0.10mm clearance
there is no official user manual of chinese bikes so you can't find manufactured recommended
clearance for valves for your bike but it is understood as it is copy of atlas honda bike
and have exactly same copied engine so they have same clearance as well

Valve clearance is not an very difficult or hard to job but it does requires experience
as well exact and accurate knowledge of things and it needs good hand to set valves
so its neither very easy job to do set it does needs experience hand
i am sure you have messed up with the settings of valves that is why you are facing this issue
i recommend immediately you to go to some good mechanic and get your bike tuned
don't tell him what you have done just take bike to him and ask him to do tuning
i think you have tighten up your bikes valves alot that is why its stalled
wrong settings of valves or tappets could result in serious damage
so its good first one should very good or enough knowledge about this thing

I re adjusted the values and bike now runs smooth. I think I wrong adjusted exhaust nut little tight. valve clearance is now 0.05mm I think it is correct because if it's not the I surely face any problem what you think?

corret setting is .05mm for both exhaust and inlet.
    .5mm is not correct reading.
