Default Is it necessary to tighten the spokes after buying a new bike?

I am feeling alot of vibrations in my bike. I went to mechanic to tighten nuts and bolts but it didn't solve the problem, he suggested to tighten spokes and align rims so I want to know is it really necessary to tighten spokes after buying a new bike?

yes bro its recommended and necessary the deluxe i had bought specially had bad front wheel alignment
after wheels were align means spokes were sat by mechanic it was fine after that and its not only deluxe
most almost all new bikes comes with loose spokes

regarding vibrations ask mechanic to tight all bolts of bike specially engine and foot rest bolts
new bikes bolts are loose and waise bhi as usual one should get his bike bolts checked after few thousand km running
go to some good known mechanic and ask him to tight nuts and bolts of bike seriously mostly they say chootos to do the
job and they just tight one two bolt just slightly and say hogaaya

Thanks amjad bro for your quick response as always
I will get the spokes aligned soon. Nuts and bolts were tightened by the expert mechanic himself.
