    Lightbulb Help me buying a new bike.

    hello experts. A.O.A.

    My brother is going to buy a new bike this month and i am posting this thread on his behalf.

    Requirements:
    -> Comfortable
    -> Mileage (35-40 is enough)
    -> Decent looks
    -> Powerful ( daily drive 100 Km )
    -> Less maintenance problems
    -> No unwanted sounds
    -> Resale ( normal resale)
    -> Vibration less
    -> Good Quality parts
    Budget is not a problem.
    By surfing over internet i made a list of bike
    Honda pridor, Honda 125 , Honda 125 Dlx , Suzuki Gs150 , Suzuki GD-110, Ravi Paiggo

    Bike will be used for rough works (civil engineering site works)
    Area: Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

    As per your described area, I will suggest Honda 125 Deluxe on top priority then Suzuki GS150. Just keeping your requirements in mind. Aftersale svcs matters as per ur area. Suzuki wont be better option in Islamabad.

    if your daily drive 100 kms. and you are happy with mileage of 35-40 km/l. go for gs150 or ravi without any doubts. gd 110 and pridor are very good choices and they will give you very good petrol average as well. these are the bikes that comes in less vibration category. rest its your choice.

    Well my brother need's a tension free bike.
    I read some where that Gs has minor faults like low quality parts etc etc.
    GD-110 is definitely bang for bucks i rode it once and i loved it.
    what about maintenance? As bike is imported, local mechanics know how to handle it?
    whats the fuel average of gd-110?

    Go for either Honda CG125 (or) Suzuki GD110. Honda has edge over Suzuki with respect to spare parts, mechanics availability and resale value.. Suzuki has edge over Honda with respect to good quality material used for building this bike, smooth & comfortable ride..

    if you brother needs trouble free bike than honda bikes are the best for him
    and seeing you requirements honda deluxe also fits very well for your brother
    as patrol average is not big concern for him honda pridor is very good option too
    if you brother is heavy weight or he would regularly carry heavy persons as pillion rider
    than honda deluxe is good as pridor has too soft rear suspension that issue can be resolved
    with some modification but you need to visit mechanic if he is light weight than rear
    suspension is like butter really comfortable to drive bike on rough roads Deluxe has tough hard
    rear shocks for a light body person or person driving alone they can prove very uncomfortable

    There is no issue of reliability on honda bikes they are known for their reliability

    GD110 is good option and its good you have driven it too but problem with suzuki bike
    not every mechanic can understand it and spare parts are serious issue and they are very costy
    Ride wise GD110 has excellent reviews and comfort wise owners says it has really comfortable suspension

    Okay, thanks for your opinions.
    So far Pridor suites best as per my brother's need because my brother weights 72 kg's and he is 5'8''.
    What about resale of pridor?
    As the duration of project is 6-8 months therefore most likely he's gone sale the bike after this time period.

    then u puchase cg 125 because it has good resale value. other bikes will give u a big loss in future because all these bikes have poor resale value
