Default Headlight but is burning out in few minutes 70cc

I'm facing this problem for few days that my headlight bulbs filament burns and break only after a minute are so even at low rpm.

I don't know for what reason.

I have replaced quite a few times with hona orignal, chines clone, 55W single filament but same results !

    Current feel ok !

I drive at night, today i have to travel 10km back to home in night.

You need a battery in your bike. Am sure there is none in battery slot

Your rectifier seems to be malfunctioning. Get it checked and replaced.

Without the battery..... bulb is bound to burn off....... Battery keep the voltage stable and without the fluctuation will fuse bulbs easily.

Hey guys. This is my first ever post in bikes section.
I have a Yamaha Junoon 2009 model standing and hasn't been used much. Hardly 4k driven. It was under the use of driver. Today got a chance to drive it and suddenly the meter lights started to glow more than usual as it seemed to be that voltage is higher and suddenly headlight bulb got fused.
I asked my driver about it and he said that bike has already fused 4-5 bulbs in a week and he has asked a mechanic and mechanic suggested to replace the electrifier or rectifier(whatever it is called) and problem will be solved. Is it so?

One more problem which I faced is that bike is missing on high speed. If I accelerate, missing stops and If I keep the accelerator steady, it starts missing again. What could be the problem and solution to it?
Is it actually the problem of above mentioned device or some other problem?

My bad. I had to write helper instead of driver. This bike is driven by him till market to fetch things from market. That's why it is hardly driven.

yes thats not a battery problem as there is no battery in my byke for 2 years I also replaced the CDI with a bigger one without any issue.

There are only two electrical components in 70cc CDI and Rectifier, and the problem lies in one of these.

Today again i have to go home without head light

your bike needs tunning and oil change because it is necessary to change the
oil of engine if bike is standing for a long time
if the rectifier malfunctioned then it create problem for the bike lighting system
because rectifier change the current from ac to dc and bulbs needs dc current

Replaced the Rectifier and problem is solve.

In shop there were two types of these bulbs one was shorter in length and this one was a longer, I choosed this one.
Because of its longer length it is made to scatter light, which i don't prefer. I like the light to be like a beam on the road.
This one has good White light and its a nice aftermarket bulb but next time i will choose the shorter one.
