Just the cylinder head cover, which is opened to adjust tappets.

You can read the Workshop Manual from the opening post, to see how its properly done.

Kindly use your own thread for all of your questions. Besides, your question was already answered here: https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/bik...-2#post4518451

I'd request others to follow suit. If you have a new problem, its better to make a separate thread for it, to make it more searchable for other users

    Update 8th September 2014

Got its Cylinder Head Seal Changed. There was slight leakage since a few months, and because my bike mostly stays at high speeds, the leaked oil would always make the engine fins dirty.

I had purchased the Head Cyliner Seal at 13th August 2014. Installed it at 8th September 2014.

    Seal say yad aya...

Does the rpm cable fitting at the engine end has a seal? As mine is leaking a little. Do I need to open the clutch cover to replace it?

NO. WD40 is not used for bike chains. You can search for Google for its uses, but most of them are written on the bottle (2nd picture).

I got it for clutch brake wires, and brake mechanism ... because water or dust would mess them up. I have used it elsewhere a few times too (like opening up rusted bolts etc)

Dear abobobilly. Can you please upload again the page no 1-6 of the manual. This page has some important torque values that are very difficult to read.

Brother i have just complied it. @r1 was the one who provided me with the material.

Furthermore, Values in Newton Meter (N-m) are visible. You can use any online calculator to convert the values to Kilogram Force Meter (kgf-m).

Some of the contents in this post is being duplicated for logging, from my dedicated query thread for Panther Pacer, here: https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/bik...g125-3-00-17-a

    ----------

My main route for Inter City Travel is "A Road", and a high speed one for that matter i.e. Canal Road. I wanted a product with focus on "Road" first, while still maintaining the Off Road capability. I am pretty sure i have made the right choice by choosing Panther Pacer.

Bought the tyre today, at 30th December 2014. Here are a few pictures:

    Abobobilly's CG125 Thread - Its Evolution and Stuff I Changed - ioWGlfp

    -
    Abobobilly's CG125 Thread - Its Evolution and Stuff I Changed - E6gozvP

*Cost Rs.1400; 7 Week Wobble Warranty; 6 Months Swelling Warranty*
** Bought from Munir Traders, 89 McLeod Road, Lahore **

    --------

It was a lot different than I imagined it'd be. You can compare my pics with the one on their website (or posted a few posts before). I thought it'd be flatter and less round.
    - The tread pattern is directional, meaning you can't put it both ways like you can with Panther Power. Hopefully it'll decrease the rolling resistance, hence better road grip and increase fuel mileage.
    - The big block design will hopefully not screw with tyre's off road capability.

Once the running period is over, which would be nearly 100 kilometers or more (yes tyres have a running period), tyre's actual 'kartoot' will start to show. I'll share my experience here.

I will post more clear pictures with tyre fitted, tomorrow, InShaALLAH. Will also include the older tyre's photos, to show the kind of screw ups Puncture Walas had done with it
