Question After how long should I change my bike's oil and get it tuned?

I got a used bike (6,000 km was the milage) a month ago, I had no experience with a bike before. I was wondering after how long should I change its oil and get it tuned?
    Thank you!

If you do not know that when the bike was tuned and oil was changed then the first thing is to go to your trusted mechanic and do all the required stuff. like oil change, tuning, brake adjustment, chain adjustment and other minor things.

the folks here were advising me to get the oil changed after ever 800Kms, and a few others advised me to get it changed after 500Kms. Is there any guide having official recommendations by Honda Atlas? I am confused over it!
BTW, thank you for the guide.

Well the problem is that oils like havoline and shell ax5 are mostly fake ones and are very hard to find in genuine packing so those oils should be drained at 700-800Km but liquimoly, castrol active 4T, Kixx, Zic 4t 10w-40 and 20w-40 which are in original packing can be drained safely at 1200-1500Kms

Our bikes are so simple that you can do simple things like oil change, brake pads, air filter, carb service, chain adjustment and tune up yourself at home... Even valves adjustment is simple on a CD70. One could learn to rebuild its whole engine in just few days of training...
Don't take it on yourself but generally speaking; we Pakistanis hate to get our hands dirty like Arabs. We think that these things will hurt our egos and should be left to illiterate and "low-life" mechanics...
When I was in U.S, every motorcyclist I came to know there used to fix his bikes at home. The guy, from whom I bought my motorcycle from; happily teached me how to do basic maintenance on my (and his former) Suzuki DR350 without asking a penny from me!
There, people love to share knowledge and don't have might egos like us... Again, I'm not pointing my fingers at anyone here...
We're equal and thats what Islam teaches us. We forget it and Americans followed it and now they're a super power... Sure, its military is threatening almost every poor country but American 'civilians' are very nice...
Sorry, back to the question... Regular oil change interval on any bike is 1,000 miles = 1,600km... Google is your friend!
    Peace.
