    AOA,
    GUYS i was hoping of getting a bike on installements,there is a shop here that gives bikes on installements i.e 5250rs per month,i told my dad about it and he said it has sood(intrest) which is haram.as my budget is very low and cannot afford a brand new bike due to financial crises,he said is se behtar hai ke koi 2nd hand 24k,25k bike le lo........no i want to knw abt this,the procedure and eveything that how this involves sood,........

    Yup- That is interest ( Haram ).
    You're better off by joining a Committee ( Where a group of people chip in each month and you get the money after a few months, a big amount ). You can also request the person in charge to give it to you earlier than others, due to your situation.
    Or, Suzuki was/is offering bikes on installments, on 0% APR. Ask them

    Or, just borrow from someone in your family, give them a check and keep saving till you got enough to pay 'em back and rip up the check.
    Btw- what bike is it and what is the value of it? How many months do you have to pay for it?

    Ask it from a mufti or a qualified islamic scholar. Here you will just get personal opinions (often biased).
