I think that you should get the noise fixed from authorized workshop. there must be loose nut bolts who are creating noise. I am also using CG Dream. Though I drive uptill the speed of 40-50 kms /hr, so far I have never felt any extra noise from meter / dashboard.

I went to Honda Showroom in G9 Markaz and checked the bike myself. Even at 6k RPM there was no sound at all. I think there is some problem in your bike. You should go and have it checked. I'll soon be buying it myself, do you think i should go for it or i rather buy 125 Classic? If you have noticed any other problem plz do notify.

oh that is very sad as your CG Dream is seriously producing very annoying noise from headlight
but as you know brother KhanBhai CG is not producing any noise so this really has created very
confusing situation may be the CG you got is one unlucky CG but as still bike is very new so
its very less in numbers so very less feedback of people

Turab bhai just few hours back i saw a dream at honda mechanic in my city
as mechanic knows me he allowed me to start the bike & have a small test ride too
i was more interested in checking weather its visor makes noise or not than having a test
    ride

Well i got chance to check it this CG Dream i checked was clearly making noise very same like yours
mechanic also told me that yes its visor is producing sound but he said sound can be removed by putting
some cloth under meter the sound was annoying i took the very short test ride of bike it was great experience
sitting on this bike & light seemed bright CG Dream is very good bike but very sadly its having this annoying
    noisy visor issue

I am really confused these days weather to buy it or not
this noisy visor issue has made me very very confused

Amjad bhai why don't you get a Deluxe? I know you have tried it before but the CG Dream is just a normal 125 with some make up. It looks great but it doesn't have the frame required to dampen the vibrations. I fear if you buy you might start regretting that this bike has worse comfort than pridor (as you sold that in a low amount and would be investing a huge amount of money in buying this). If you're getting a bike make sure it's better in every way than the one you had before, especially if it's more expensive.

Ammar Zahid bro i have driven deluxe its very good bike but deluxe has become quite outdated bike
nothing new has been introduced in this bike since its launch in 2007 only black muffler & black colored
shocks introduced except this nothing new introduced 2014 model was big disappointment only new sticker
was launched however the bike's has become seriously expensive 1,24,000 rupees

CG Dream is very attractive bike i have no problem with its frame deluxe also vibrates at higher speeds
despite it having very strong frame 5 gear deluxe engine in performance is very very smooth means no khe khe
or knocking but it gets beaten in top speed & acceleration by CG 4 gear engine

Ammar Zahid yes i need to add good money to get CG Dream and thats only thing
worrying me i mean it will have very poor resale if i get disappointed with its noisy visor
and if think to resale it i will have to bear very healthy loss
CG Dream will be comfortable bike as new seat & new rear shock absorbers and new driving
position will definitely make comfortable only hindrance between me & now CG Dream is left
    is its NOISY VISOR

i have satisfied or agreed my mind to face khe khe sound & knocking but noisy visor
is really confusing me & stopping me from taking final decision

As you are a bike enthusiast I would suggest you to test drive a GD110. In my experience Suzuki bikes are extra reliable with no maintenance worries at all.. guessing from your Pridor's sale value i think CG Dream will suffer the same bad fate as it, although it has identical CG engine. Even if you don't wanna buy, just test drive GD110, maybe it will suit your riding style. If you are worried about vibrating visor then i can assume that you like a comfortable and soundless ride.. the GD might be the answer

Automotorsport brother it is very common issue present in all CG's from long time
it does khe khe or khir khir sound in low gear 1st & 2nd when shifted and slowly normally leaving clutch

Regarding knocking its normal with an experience rider it won't do knocking
knocking is not serious issue even pridor do knocking even new CD also doing knocking
old CG had very bad knocking but now Euro 2 CG do knocking but its not serious knocking

As u ppl hav seen di previous video in which there was vibration / noise in meter.. i tried n check every nut bolt in meter , it was tight and no problem at there .. and when i went to atlas mechanic,he said this amount of noises is present in every bike :s.. today i cut a small piece from a tyre tube n installed it between meter n that new plastic thing.. havnt ride yet but in standing position there is no noise now.. .. (video/image attached).. Amjad bhai i havnt ride GD110 or GS150.. but if you comparing CG and CG dream.. i would prefer CG Dream.. if you just avoid this noise, overall bike is very good.. still people ask which bike is this? I personally think currently it's a most stylish bike in road (not imported ones :p) .. my vote would be for CG dream.. but still ask the experts as ammar bhai suggested GD110.. if you have used CG, knocking n khe khe sound wont bother you..

P.S. if you see only from very near then you can see tube or cloth if you fixed it otherwise people wont notice

Ammar bhai suzuki showroom has just recently opened in my city
there is no name of suzuki bikes in city very very less spotted in city
now even after showroom opening i have seen only 4-5 suzuki bikes in city
suzuki GD110 is very good bike but taking decision of buying a suzuki motorcycle
is very difficult and test drives are not offered here in the suzuki showroom

Turab brother that is good if this problem gets resolved with this small tube or piece of cloth
its good and is relaxing news for CG Dream owners but its very frustrated and disappointed thing
from Atlas honda point of view how did they launch bike with such annoying error
was bike not checked once after designing & starting its production on assembly line

Khe khe sound is annoying & knocking is not serious issue i won't do knocking with experience rider

No doubt on its looks Pridor 100 was the most attractive bike in pakistan but now i have to say
CG Dream definitely more attractive looks as compare to pridor Pridor is still beautiful but the most
attractive bike vote no doubt goes to CG Dream excellent looks

I wish & pray it don't produce noise now after installing tube
in the video you giving throttle only till 4k rpm did you try giving more rpm
as in the first video you posted you gave throttle around 5k rpm
Turab bhai even if it makes noise after this piece of tube still i would say don't be disappointed
i think its not very serious if carefully given attention to this issue it can easily be solved with some jugaar
such as installing piece of rubber or foam or cloth

Turab bhai it is only this time i am doing some research as i am confused
and also short of money too else in the past as new model deluxe 2012 was launched
i just went & bought it same way did in pridor case

Waise Turab bhai if none dares to buy than how we will have feedback of any new bike launched

why i am again & again saying not to be disappointed is because you have bought very good bike
i know the issue that you are facing from brand new bike is annoying but still you can get it resolved
and enjoy the bike as its best bike in pakistan in terms of performance as acceleration & top speed
yes its having old technology 125cc OHV engine but which manufacture is giving latest 125cc OHC engine here ??

@amjad635 deluxe was launched in early 2006 my friend.aap ka pridor kitne ka sale hua?kitna chal gaya tha? agar 125 hi laina hai to classic lay lo, usme visor wagera kuch nahi hai, seat hard hai uski, suspension bhi dream se buri hai, dream comfortable to hai lekin visos noise karta hai 100 me se 1 bike set nikalti hai, and as you mentioned mechanic satisfied you by saying "itni thori bohat awaz har bike me ati hai" wahi baat jo me har bar kehta houn, company ki bakwas justification ke ye Standard hai

KhanBhai deluxe ka visor toh noise karta hai aur uski fiiting bhi cheap taraah se ki huwi hai
par pridor ki aur cd dream ki fitting zabardast hai aur uske baad CG Dream ki bhi fitting bhi dikhne
buhat achi lagti hai par na jaane kiyon noise karta hai maine ek cheez notice ki thi eske dashbaord
aur visor mein thori gap hai shaayad es wajaah se noise karta hai pridor dash board mein koi gap nahein hai

100% agree KhanBhai GD zabardast bike hai par yeh jo problems hai woh serious problems hai
enko barhe asaane se ignore nahein kiya jaskta uske muqaable toh noisy visor waala issue
itna serious nahein uska koi solultion bhi nikaala jasakta hai
