    Default Bore and Stroke increase limits on motorcycle engines.

    Aoa,

    Sorry in advanced if this topic has been touched upon before, but I'm curious to know if anyone can tell me what they know from experience on this topic.

    Amongst modders and performance enchancers we know that by increasing the bore and stroke of an engine or their ratio we can increase the displacement (CC)/horsepower, but there must be limits in terms of % or mm x mm for 70, 100, 125 cc engines as the pistons and new other components need to fit right.


    Engine Displacement = Pi/4 x Bore^2 x nCylinders

    Yup... making a sharp nose and smooth surface cuts air better...at fast speeds air starts getting thicker..so aerodynamics can help upto a specific limit.. after that u still need more power

    increasing bore will increase compression.. specially from 49mm to 62mm, i would rather have to decrease compression by using thicker gaskit and by re shapping the head... it will surly need homework.. Ravi piagio has 57mm piston.. close enough..but i wouldn't go above 10:1 compression..

    use piaggio piston and than add a thicker gasket or else the engine will start knocking due to our fuel quality

    Sir g merey paas PAK HERO70 hai model 2014,iskee maine sirf aglee garraari baree 15 kee krayi hai joke normally 14 kee hoti hai...aur abb iskee perfomance aise jaise 125 hai.....aap plz mjhe koi tips dein taake mein issey aur upgrade krunn aur 125 ko beat krskun....???
