Default my new UNIQUE UD-70 NEW MODEL (2014)

    SALAM to all Users,
-the journey of buying bike started when i sold my cd-70 it was 2013 model but it was worst bike i ever had.
-it had many problems iam mentioning some of them:
    -Unstable Shocks
    -Underpowered
    -Starting problem
    -no battery charging
    -mudguads noises
so finaly sold it with 1500 km on meter
i sold it 2 months ago.
    - then started searching for bikes,
    i saw many bikes including
    -Chondas (Chinese)
    -Atlas honda
    -Some sportish looking bikes :
CD DREAM , UNIQUE UD 100,SUPER POWER 100 SUPER STAR DELUXE 70 (etc).
    - make decision to go for UD 100
but at the end DAD stopped me said you are not allowed for ud 100 it has low resell and my budget was not enough also.
-Then become very sad because I LOVE UD-100
-Then Decided to go for SUPER STAR 70 DEALUXE
    - Even went to dealer he said "BHAI BOOKING PE ATI HY YE SUPER STAR 70 DEALUXE APP BOOK KARAO APKO 10 DIN ME MILEGI"
-I said yes and booked that
-days started passing and my passience was also becoming low
-After 10 days dealer told me that "BHAI 1 WEEK AUR LAGEGA BIKE ANEME .
-AFTER 1 week he called me and said "aur time lag jayega ane me shayad 1 month"
-DONT know that dealer was telling lie or truth he says "compony se maal short hy"
-FINALY dad told me "BETA BIKE LENI HY TO KOI AUR LELO PHIR MERE PAS PESE KHATAM HOJAYENGE"
-After alot of searched got UNIQUE UD-70 TODAY.
    ITS A NICE BIKE
    -Powerfull Engine
    - Stylish STICKER
    -NEW GOOD LOOKING METER
    -GOOD LOOKING GRAPHICS
    -NEW SEAT
    will update more.

-MY first immpression after riding it is
-its engine is very power full
    -its suspension is very soft
-seat is made to be comfortable but i felt that its not comfortable its very hard.
-will tell more about fuel ecconomy later.
    THANKX

(and sorry for a long story)
    REGARDS,

engine oil higher level mark & similiarly there is another mark at bottom of stick
which shows lower level mark open the dipstick of your unique the dipstick
might be little different but it will have exactly same kinda two marks the
recommended oil level is oil should be always kept on higher level mark or just lower
but it should never be allowed to fall to lower engine oil mark

i don't have pic of unique else would have shared it unique or 70cc's
have smaller dipstick but you will find same two marks on them too
though gap between them is little wide as compare to pridor every different engine
motorcycle has oil gauge or dipstick made for it

start the bike and warm up or if you have just come from ride
let the bike rest for 10 minutes than open the gauge & check engine oil level

note one thing don't overtighten dipstick when closing it
just rotate it with hand just small push using plier don't use too much force
and use cloth for opening or closing dipstick when using plier this will protect dipstick
    from gettnig scratches or marks
    Thank you bro.

    Please enlighten me on it.
You are right. I used too general term "engine". But brand new engines for initial couple of kilometers burn more fuel than usual. (Not making it up: Do brand new cars use more fuel at first? )

He mentioned that he is getting poor fuel mileage, which i believe is 1) he is measuring it wrong, and 2) He is not aware of 'more fuel consumption' in initial runs.

I don't know the real reason for that. Maybe i have to dig up for more technical answer. Let me know as well if you find it.

It is most likely due to the extra work done against friction on groovy inner surface of cylinder against which the piston slides. Once the piston and rings settle in, the cylinder walls smooth out and that extra load is gone which improves fuel consumption.

However, COOLTAHIR's calculation of 18 km/L is a rather drastic value - it cannot be attributed to the above phenomenon.

I hope he comes up with a better value in his next calculation.

Yes may be my calculation method is wrong.
But my bikes meter was on 15 km and i checked tank there was about 15 20 rs petrol which ended when i reached petrol pump so u can take a idea how much fuel gone in 18 kms

Tahir you are welcome brother i am really surprised your bikes engine oil was over filled too
what the hell unique guys are doing? Tahir bhai hope you don't mind but one very basic suggestion
as you had told you don't know how to check engine oil level i had missed one point i hope you had
followed this when checking engine oil first of all as i told in my first post after warming up bike
than let it settle for 10mintues than check engine oil level when you open stick

the very first step is to clean the stick with clean cloth than insert it back but don't screw it just insert it
and take it out than check engine oil level if you again want to check than clean it again and insert back
and take it out check oil level i hope you had followed this thing

Seat of bike is tough but it will become little soft waise despite being tough
it still is comfortable to sit i did some 30km drives contineously on this bike and it did
not give any serious pain so since 2013 unique is giving good seat which is good for 70cc
how ever i don't kink what they have done in 2014 model seat is quite raised from center
which in my point of is not good
Respected Amjad bahi plz give me good opinion which 70cc bike I would buy I have two choices union star 70cc or Honda CD 70.

Uzair bhai between these two choices obviously CD70 is better
Altas honda bikes prices are high but quality is also better as compare to chinese
so between these two choices CD70 is definitely better choice very reliable & fuel efficient

Chinese motorcycles also performs well but there quality is low & also not efficient
