Mansoor bhai, these things were already pending for a long time. My mistake for the drain plate, overtightened drain plug. 700 rupay ka fresh tail zaya but its okay, ill count it as experience
Alright....
What about my new baby ?
loved the thread ammar, have you by chance looked at the Disc brakes and Alloy RIMs setup being sold by Suzuki dealers for 16k +-..? One dealer is selling it here in Karachi and its a hot sell, but i am not sure about its quality..
well lucky that drain plate is replaceable. could have been bigger disaster on CG i guess. Safeer specifically told me to tighten this bolt very gently. And it's one of the reasons i prefer to change oil at home by myself. As outside mechanic will not be satisfied till he tightened it with all his strength. And why oil went wasted? could have drained it to clean bottle and put it back.
I dont know, imo once oil is out its contaminated so shouldnt pour it back. Sgo hasnt been terrible still using it cant wait to pour in cepsa
SGO might not be a very fine 10w-40, but it does help in extreme winter when 20W becomes a trouble to warm up.
Rest of the year, it's Total 4T for me.
6000km done. Changed rear rim with 2.15-18 rim (deluxe's). Now the 90/90 tyre is seated perfectly and has become really low profile. Sadly couldnt take any pictures.
Rim cost 1150. Installation cost 300.
Nice. would like to see pics.Mine panther 3.00 is half worn out in 7000Km. damn those little burnouts/spinning starts. tread is down from 4mm to 2mm now, and manual recommends to change tyre at 1.6. Still not sure which tyre i am gonna get next.
Panther trekker seems very reasonable with a very blocky pattern which is bound to be good offroad. Pricr only 1850pkr
I am using it and grip is too good..... With such a low price i wasnt expecting this much better grip from trekker... And so far i have used them on extreme offroad tracks ...

Agreed both of you. IMHO it's better than those expensive overrated Indian tyres. We should support it because it's Pakistani product. Rather than wasting money on so expensive tires, better to buy good helmet. My two cents.
Agreed. 99% ppl buy fatter tyres for looks(myself included :p) and never take into consideration their precious lives. Check out my helmet btw
